Imran Khan

I contribute my two cents on the current hue and cry raised by many over the distribution of tickets by PTI parliamentary board.

Mostly there are no complaints about the ticket allocation in the three educated urban centers i.e Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Most of the complaints come from semi educated cities , towns and low literacy rural areas of Pakistan where electables have been accommodated. 

تاریخ میں اگر دیکھاجائے تو جب افغانستان اور روس کی جنگ ہوئی تھی تو اس وقت روس صرف ایک افغان سے جنگ نہی لڑ رھا تھا بلکہ روس اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ایک عالمی جنگ بھی لڑرھا تھا-  یہ تاریخ میں کولڈ یا سرد جنگ کے نام سے جانی جاتی ہے جواس وقت کی دوبڑی طاقتیں روس اور امریکہ کے درمیان دنیا کی بڑی اور اکیلی طاقت کے لئے لڑی جارہی تھی-

Both Nawaz Sharif and Jahangir Tareen are undeniably ‘mammoth political entities’. However, the dissimilarities in their characteristics are manifest. Accountability must be across the board, but the media’s viciously synonymous treatment of ‘both entities’, since being disqualified under Article 62(1)(F), is an unfair presumption which will be robustly rebutted through an in-depth and holistic comparative analysis.

After witnessing the Jalsa on 29th April being a KP resident, I started to wonder if Imran Khan would be able to fulfill the 11 point agenda when he becomes Prime Minister of Pakistan.  I started comparing developments & changes that had taken place in my province. Here is what Imran Khan has achieved in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa‬:

1. Education :: 

FATA as The Wild Flower – a show of its fierce independence and resilience, is still a proud feature of Pakistan. Growing up in the rugged gorgeous land of Waziristan, I was weaned on the values of unflinching loyalty to Pakistan and of tribal courage and never-say-die attitude.

Moving onwards to the current political flux now. The symbol of Pakistan’s federation, PTI’s Chairman Imran Khan has laid out his plans for rehabilitation and restoration of rights of the brave tribal people of FATA.

On Wednesday, 09 May 2018 Pakistan had felt the terrible jolts of 6.4 Richter scale earthquakes. And at the same time Malaysians also faced a political earth quake in the shape of Mahathir Mohammad. Ex Leader of Malaysia aged 92 years would take oath on Thursday, 10 May 2018 after shocking election victory over his rival Najib Razak, the most scandal-plagued premier of Malaysia, which the country could have. When Mahathir Mohammad will take charge as PRIME MINISTER, he would be the world’s oldest leader.

عمران خان؟
یہ نام ذہن میں آتے ہی ایسا لگتا جیسا ایک بہت اچھا خواب دیکھ رہے ہو۔ایک نئے پاکستان کا خواب جہاں دہشت گردی نہ ہو، پولیس رشوت نہ کھائے، ادارے قانون کے ماتحت ہوں، غریب اور امیر سب کے لیے قانون برابر ہو۔ کیا ہم ایک ایسا پاکستان جاگتی آنکھوں سے دیکھ سکیں گے؟

ہم نوجوانوں نے جب سے ہوش سنبھالا اس ملک کو دن بدن کمزور ہوتے، حالات بگڑتے ہی دیکھے ہیں، شریفوں اور زرداریوں نے ہمیں بہت لوٹا ، لیکن ہمیں اب بھی ایک ہی امید ہے، ایک روشن شمع کی  جسکا نام ہے عمران خان۔

I am a student at KU Leuven, one of the toughest universities in Central Europe and exams are nearing, only one month left. Most of the students are busy studying and I can not stop myself from writing this blog post.

On 30th April 2018, I took out some time to watch Imran Khan’s speech online, It was so mesmerizing for me to see my leader talking and giving his manifesto for the upcoming elections. It was not an ordinary IK speech, I got the feeling that he is getting some things right at last.

Stood like a giant,
As the world witnessed,
In silence of its trance 
The famous riot 
As fear drifted 
From the hearts and mind 
As the Nation listened,
To An eagle and dreamer 
In union, rhythm and its symphony 
As the famous backdrop, 
Provided the perfect slot 
The Minar and the mosque 
Rise like a Sun
As it traverses 
Through its labour 
The life,
Emanated 
In its oxygen mist
Break these years
