Rigging Exposed in NA 54
The report is based on NA 54 (Rawalpindi III) Form 45 originally issued by presiding officers in polling stations on the election day i.e. 8th February 2024 versus later on uploaded on ECP website on 5th March 2024.
Form 45 results of 117 polling stations of NA-54 (Rawalpindi III) have been changed for winning candidate Azra Masood of PTI and Aqeel Malik of PML-N to present the manipulated result. For most of the polling stations, the winning candidate Azra Masood votes were just switched with those of Aqeel Malik.
This was made with swapping original Form 45 with duplicate forms with missing polling agents’ signatures which are available in original forms in most of the cases. The tampering is so noticeable and evident that even without data forensics, the naked eye can clearly point out exact instances where manipulation has taken place.
Even without data forensics, the manipulation is clearly visible to the naked eye and the following 15 polling stations are mere examples, this sort of manipulation is visible throughout the Form 45s uploaded by the ECP.
