Gujrat Feb 28th:  Following the successful membership drive amongst the women of Gujrat Tehreek I Insaf women wing District Organiser Gujrat Mrs Rukhsana Sohail organized a meeting where President Saloni Bokhari, Central Punjab Regional Organiser Dr Seemi Bokhari, Information Secretary Punjab Talath Naqvi, Deputy Information Secretary Punjab Anila Malik and Joint Secretary Yasmine Khan were invited to the district to meet women of the area. The function was a milestone in the city as over 300 hundred women came to the reception arranged by Mrs. Rukhsana Sohail and the women in Gujrat received the PTI leaders with great warmth. Speaking on the occasion Mrs Sohail said that the women felt that it is now crucial to bring in new and honest leaders as the country needed new blood to survive. The old leaders have not given the country leadership and have proved to be failed rulers. In Imran Khan we see a new leader, an honest leader and a man who is committed to the country. He is the only one who can take us out of this black hole that we find ourselves in and lead us onto the road of progress. He has always delivered what he has promised and is one political leader whom the whole nation trusts.  Syeda Saloni Bokhari said that it was the women that changed the fate of a nation. It is time they took to guiding their families to make the right decision or there would be nothing left for the children to inherit. It is time to come forward and bring about the change that we are demanding and fighting for. Everyone talks of ???change??? but this cannot be done by those who are corrupt or looking out for their own interest instead of the country???s. For this a bold and honest leader is needed and in Imran Khan we see such a leader. She said the present rulers have given us nothing. They have only given us price hikes, greater poverty and they have added to the threat of our very existence with the war on terror and drone attacks. We are insecure about the future of our children, in fact the risks are so high that we are insecure about our children returning home once they leave each day as no city in Pakistan remains safe. She invited women to work at spreading the message of the party and congratulated Rukhsana Sohail for the work she has done in the district. She also congratulated General Secretary Gujranwala District Major Khalil for his tremendous support and his tireless efforts and Regional Organiser Central Punjab Barrister Mansoor Ali Khan. Inspirational speeches were made by Major Khalil, Dr Seemi Bokhari,  Mrs Rukhsana and District Organiser Sialkot Syeda Farah Azmi who spoke on the corrupt practices that Pakistan has seen, the ???deals??? that our present rulers live by and how they deceive the nation. The PTI leaders spoke as one when it came to standing up to the looters who are in power, they said it was time to bring honest people into the political arena and for that being united and standing up for our rights is imperative.
