Only one vote will be accepted against one mobile phone number.</p> <div id="yui_3_7_2_1_1361909481962_2084">The system produces a hard copy of every text sent and received and this is time stamped.</div> <div> </div> <div>The votes will be collated and forwarded to Office of International Chapters (OIC).</div>
