Saturday, June 26, 2010<br /> By Our Correspondent<br /> <br /> LAHORE<br /> <br /> Rejecting the results of PP-160 by-polls, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to move a court to challenge the victory of PML-N if Election Commission (EC) doesn???t take notice of the massive rigging done by the Punjab government. <br /> <br /> Addressing a press conference on Friday, PTI candidate from PP-160 Malik Zaheer Abbas Khokhar and organizer for Lahore Mian Mahmood ul Rasheed said that PTI would offer stiff resistance if Election Commission (EC) issued notification of PML-N???s victory.<br /> <br /> The PTI leaders alleged that PML-N used all tactics to rig the polls but despite all measures, the PTI candidate bagged over 20,000 votes, which proved the confidence of people on the leadership of Imran Khan.<br /> <br /> The PTI leaders also stated that PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif should accept defeat of his candidate who had lost miserably and only rigging saved him.<br /> <br /> They also asserted that despite massive rigging, PTI won from majority of polling stations situated in the urban areas which had really come up as a shock for the PML-N leadership.<br /> <br /> Mian Mahmood ul Rasheed on the occasion also alleged the master mind of the NA-123 rigging plan, SHO Qamar Abbas was appointed in the area of Sattukatla. He also condemned the brutal torture of on PTI workers at Shadiwal polling station.
