Message from PTI Chairman Imran Khan from Adiala Jail

I am a believer in "Laa Ilaaha Illallah." I will never back down from the struggle for true freedom. It has been almost a year since I have been kept in confinement. Despite the extreme heat, I will not complain. I will never submit to the tyrants of our time. I am ready to die in jail, but as long as I live, I will fight this battle.
Under Article 25 of the Constitution, there should be no favoritism during the hearing of cases. Qazi Faez Isa's bias has become evident. According to Justice Gulzar's 5-member bench, Qazi Faez Isa cannot hear our cases, and our lawyers have repeatedly raised objections to this. Despite this, the inclusion of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa in every bench hearing our cases is not only against our constitutional and legal rights but also against the spirit of justice. If Justice Qazi Faez Isa does not resign, he should recuse himself from the benches.
If this fraudulent election is investigated, Article 6 will be applied to the Chief Election Commissioner. The whole country knows that the 2024 election was the biggest fraud in Pakistan's history, yet Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa is praising the Election Commission. The same commission that conducted the most fraudulent election, we are being sent to seek justice from it. I demand fresh elections under a new, impartial Election Commission.
The country is currently under the control of the king of the jungle. Interference in every institution has disrupted the country's system. Previously, there was a hybrid system in Pakistan; now, dictatorship is imposed. These people have gone mad with prejudice and vengeance. Like the rest of Pakistan, Adiala Jail is also under intelligence agent’s control. The Superintendent of Jail is working for the agencies. Terrorism is at its peak in the country, while their colonels and majors are sitting here in jail. Yesterday, on the colonel's orders, the Superintendent of Jail did not allow my team to meet me even after a 3-hour wait. If the meeting had taken place, I would have resolved their differences. They think such petty actions will weaken my party. No oppressive tactic can weaken a party supported by the public.
I am consulting regarding a hunger strike. If the establishment does not withdraw from the affairs of Adiala Jail and my cases, I will go on a hunger strike.
Party leaders are instructed not to take their differences to the public. If you take differences to the public, you will deviate from your real purpose.
Negotiations happen when a solution to a problem is expected. If we negotiate with Shehbaz Sharif, their government, standing on fake Form 47, will collapse like a house of cards. The powerful class wanted me to guarantee that I would not take action against them if I came to power.
Asim Munir has buried the politics of the PML-N and PPP. After the budget, their politics is over. What has happened to them should not happen even to an enemy.
Now the whole world knows what is happening in Pakistan. They build a narrative of interference on Congress and UN resolutions while foolishly threatening to attack Afghanistan.
Law and order is a national matter. PTI will participate in the APC for the sake of the country and listen to the fake government's stance. We have reservations about the “Azam Istehkam” Operation, as this operation will increase instability in the country.
It is not possible to win this war on a long border without the support of the Afghan government. During our tenure, NDS and the Ghani government were aligned, yet I went to Afghanistan and engaged in talks. If you launch an operation against the Taliban, they will flee into Afghanistan. Without cooperation from Afghanistan, you cannot succeed in this operation. Why haven't Bilawal Bhutto and the current foreign minister gone to Afghanistan? Restoring relations with Afghanistan is our immediate need.
SIFC cannot fix the country. Until 1990, Pakistan was ahead in the subcontinent, but today everyone is ahead of Pakistan, and *our country is heading towards Myanmar. Besides Pakistan, Myanmar is the only country where SIFC is currently working, and due to the worst human rights situation in Myanmar, it is isolated globally.
An elite budget has been introduced in the country. Inflation has broken people's backs. Electricity and petrol bombs have snatched food from people's mouths, while the king of the jungle's issues and priorities are completely different. *The solution to the country's political and economic problems lies not in SIFC but in free and fair elections. Only a political party with a public mandate can steer the country out of the current crises.
اڈیالہ جیل سے بانی چئیرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان کا پیغام
آئین کے آرٹیکل 25 کے تحت کیسز کی سماعت کے دوران پسند نا پسند نہیں ہونی چاہئے، پی ٹی ائی اور میرے مقدمات کے ہر بینچ میں چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کیسے آجاتے ہیں؟ میرے وکلا نے قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی ہر بینچ میں موجودگی پر اعتراض کیا ہے۔
اب ہمیں یقین ہے کہ ہمیں انصاف نہیں ملنا، جسٹس گلزار کے 5 رُکنی بینچ نے بھی کہا تھا کہ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ ہمارے کیس نہیں سُن سکتے، ہمارے وکلا کا خیال ہے کہ ہمیں انصاف نہیں ملے گا اس لئے ہمارے کیسز کسی اور کو سننے چاہئیں۔ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ مستعفی نہیں ہوتے تو بینچ سے علیحدگی اختیار کرلیں۔
میری ٹیم کل مجھ سے ملاقات کیلئے آئی تھی، 3 گھنٹے تک وہ اڈیالہ جیل کے باہر اور میں اندر ان کا انتظار کرتا رہا،کل مجھے اپنی ٹیم سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی اگر ملاقات ہوتی تو میں ان کے اختلافات ختم کروا دیتا، سپرٹینڈنٹ نے جیل میں بیٹھے کرنل کے کہنے پر میری ٹیم سے ملاقات نہیں کروائی۔جیل میں بیٹھے کرنل اور میجر سارا نظام چلا رہے ہیں۔سپرٹینڈنٹ جیل ایجنسیز کی نوکری کر رہا ہے، یہ جب کہتے ہیں وہ میری میٹنگ کینسل کر دیتا ہے،یہ پاگل ہیں، یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ میری پارٹی کمزور ہوگی، انہیں پتہ ہی نہیں جس پارٹی کا ووٹ بینک ہو وہ کمزور نہیں ہوتی۔
ایک سال ہونے والا ہے مجھے چکی میں ٹھہرایا ہوا ہے،سخت گرمی کے باوجود میں اس کی شکایت نہیں کروں گا۔میں وقت کے یزید کی کبھی غلامی نہیں کروں گا،جیل میں مرنے کیلئے تیار ہوں ،جب تک زندہ ہوں میں یہ جنگ لڑوں گا،میں لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللہُ کہنے والا ہوں۔
مذاکرات تب ہوتے ہیں جب کسی مسئلے کا حل نکلے، ہم شہباز شریف سے مذاکرات کریں گے اُن کی حکومت چلی جائے گی۔اُوپر بیٹھے طاقتور یہ چاہتے تھے کہ میں گارنٹی دوں کہ اقتدار میں آکر ان پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈالوں گا۔
میرے حوالے سے قومی اسمبلی میں عمر ایوب، سینیٹ میں شبلی فراز سمیت علی امین گنڈا پور بڑے تگڑے بولے اور کوشش کی،مذاکرات اور بات چیت کا وقت 8فروری کو گزر گیا ہے۔
مریم نواز،نواز شریف،خواجہ آصف کے بیانات کی ویڈیوز موجود ہیں، کے پی حکومت کو کہوں گا انکی ویڈیوز نکال کر ان پر خیبر پختونخوا میں ایف آئی رز درج کریں۔
جیل والے پریشان ہیں کہ مجھے حمود الرحمان رپورٹ اڈیالہ جیل کے اندر کیسے مل گئی وہ اس معاملے کو دیکھ رہے ہیں۔
عاصم منیر نے ن لیگ اور پیپلز پارٹی کا جنازہ نکال دیا ہے، بجٹ کے بعد ان کی سیاست ختم ہو گئی ہے،ان کیساتھ وہ ہو گیا ہے جو دشمن کے ساتھ بھی نہیں ہونا چاہئے۔
پہلے پاکستان hybrid تھا اب authoritative پر چلا گیا ہے اب ملک میں ڈکٹیٹر شپ ہے۔
میں بھوک ہڑتال کرنے کے بارے میں مشاورت کر رہا ہوں،اگر Establishment اڈیالہ جیل کے معاملات سے اور میرے کیسز سے دور نہیں ہوتی اور یہ ظلم اور نا انصافی بند نہیں کرتی تو میں بھوک ہڑتال کروں گا۔
ساری دنیا کو پتہ ہے پاکستان میں کیا ہو رہا ہے، یہ کانگریس اور اقوام متحدہ کی قرارداتوں کی باتیں کرتے ہیں،یہ کہتے ہیں ہم افغانستان پر حملہ کر دیں گے ، ملک میں دہشتگردی عروج پر ہے جبکہ ان کے کرنل اور میجر یہاں جیل میں بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔
میں جیل سے پارٹی قائدین کو پیغام دے رہا ہوں کہ اپنے اختلافات عوام میں لے کر نہ جائیں،اگر آپ اختلافات عوام میں لیکر جائیں گے تو آپ اپنے اصل مقصد سے ہٹ جائیں گے۔
ہماری پارٹی اے پی سی میں شرکت کرے گی اور حکومت کا مؤقف سنے گی، امن و امان کا ملکی ایشو ہے، ملک کی خاطر اے پی سی میں شرکت کریں گے۔عزم استحکام آپریشن پر ہمارے تحفظات موجود ہیں، اس آپریشن سے ملک میں عدم استحکام بڑھے گا۔
جب تک افغان حکومت ساتھ نہ دے طویل بارڈر پر یہ جنگ جیتنا ممکن نہیں، ہمارے دور میں این ڈی ایس اور غنی حکومت آپس میں ملے تھے، میں اس کے باوجود افغانستان گیا اور بات چیت کی۔آپ طالبان کے خلاف آپریشن کریں گے وہ بھاگ کر افغانستان کے اندر چلے جائیں گے، جب تک آپ کو افغانستان سے تعاون نہیں ملے گا آپ اس آپریشن میں کامیاب نہیں ہو سکتے،بلاول بھٹو اور ہمارا وزیر خارجہ افغانستان کیوں نہیں گیا؟ افغانستان سے تعلقات کی بحالی ہماری فوری ضرورت ہے ۔
اگر اس فراڈ الیکشن کی تحقیقات ہو جاتی ہیں تو چیف الیکشن کمشنر پر آرٹیکل 6 لگ جائے گا۔پورا مُلک کہہ رہا ہے کہ سب سے بڑا فراڈ الیکشن کروایا گیا لیکن چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ الیکشن کمیشن کی تعریف کررہے ہیں، جس الیکشن کمیشن نے ملک کا سب سے فراڈ الیکشن کرایا ہمیں انصاف کیلئے اُسی کے پاس بھیجا جا رہا ہے۔میں ایک نئے غیر جانبدار الیکشن کمیشن کے نیچے پھر سے انتخابات کے انعقاد کا مطالبہ کرتا ہوں ۔
ایس آئی ایف سی ملک ٹھیک نہیں کر سکتی،مُلک کے مسائل کا حل صاف شفاف انتخابات میں ہیں، برصغیر میں 1990 تک پاکستان سب سے آگے تھا لیکن آج سب پاکستان سے آگے ہیں اور ہمارا ملک میانمار کی طرف بڑھ رہا ہے۔پاکستان کے علاوہ دنیا میں میانمار ہی وہ ملک ہے جہاں اس وقت ایس آئی ایف سی کام کر رہی ہے جبکہ میانمار میں انسانی حقوق کی بدترین صورتحال کے باعث وہ دنیا بھر میں بالکل تنہا اور اکیلا ہے ۔
موجودہ بحران سے صرف وہ پارٹی مُلک کو نکال سکتی ہے جس کے ساتھ عوام ہو، ملک میں ایلیٹ کا بجٹ آگیا ہے، لوگ پٹ گئے ہیں،ملک کو صرف ایلیٹ کنٹرول کر رہی ہے۔
