Message from Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, from Adiala Jail - June 4, 2025
“This country is currently under the law of the jungle. All legal and constitutional avenues have been blocked for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Therefore, as Chairman of the party, I will now personally lead the protest movement from within prison. My representative on the outside will be Omar Ayub, while Salman Akram Raja will oversee the implementation of my directives.
The strategy for this movement will be announced to the nation in a few days. In addition to our allied parties, we will also invite other opposition parties including the Tehreek-e-Tahafuz-e-Aain, GDA, and Mahrang Baloch, to join this protest. God willing, no force will be able to stop this movement.
My message to the people of Pakistan is this: they may once again impose a ban on my meetings, but you must remember that it is your vote, not mine, that has been stolen. It is your voice, not mine, that is being silenced. That is why you must now stand up for Pakistan’s genuine freedom and democracy. I have said it time and again: ‘Freedom is never served on a platter’.
This protest will be nationwide, and it will be an on-going movement, because in Islamabad, snipers are deployed who fire directly at peaceful protestors and innocent civilians. The carnage inflicted on PTI has no precedent in this country’s history.
My message to my party’s leadership is clear: If I can endure prison, so can you. The party was handed to many on a silver platter, but now we are in testing times. After I was jailed, I was instructed to live peacefully in Bani Gala and remain silent for three years, much like Nawaz Sharif did for a decade. But I am not a coward, and I will never remain silent in the face of tyranny.
I will fight for the restoration of democracy until my very last breath.
The people of Pakistan have once again demonstrated in the Sambrial by-election that no amount of oppression can change their ideology. Their decision remains the same as it did on February 8th (2024). The people’s mandate was trampled with shameless blatant rigging in this election too.
The theft of the February 8th mandate involved Qazi Faez Isa, Sikandar Sultan Raja, and the King of the Jungle. They delayed elections until they believed that PTI was completely crushed. But on February 8th, the people brought forth a silent revolution.
That election was a monumental turning point. Those who stole our two-thirds majority on February 8th were never going to let us win the by-election because their only fear is my release from prison. But the truth is, PML-N and PPP are now nothing more than political corpses. They should return to London, their true abode.
Crushing PTI was part of the ‘London Plan,’ conceived by Nawaz Sharif in collaboration with the King of the Jungle, Qazi Faez Isa, and Sikandar Sultan Raja.
The events of May 9th (2023) were orchestrated under the same London Plan, designed to fracture and dismantle PTI. That is why those who held press conferences were allowed to be free, while those who stood by their principles remain wrongfully imprisoned.
If May 9th was actually plotted by PTI, the CCTV footage would have exposed it. Instead, a grave crime was committed by stealing the footage. Furthermore, the arrest of 10,000 workers overnight proves it was a false flag operation aimed at eliminating PTI.
Pakistan’s judiciary is now entirely crippled. When the time came for Qazi Faez Isa and Sikandar Sultan to retire, the 26th Constitutional Amendment was passed to produce a new generation of Qazi Faez Isas. Sikandar Sultan Raja, despite his term having ended, remains in office solely to facilitate electoral fraud. Justice has vanished from this land. Now, even our reserved seats are being snatched away through the courts created by that very amendment.
How can we negotiate with a government that is the product of two NROs? The puppets sitting in this regime first obtained NROs from Musharraf and then from Bajwa to absolve their corruption. Shehbaz Sharif is like a lamb roped in by its master, the establishment, unable to draw a single breath if he strays too far. These rulers and the judges installed through the 26th Amendment are incapable of delivering justice.
Where else in the world does the perpetrator of fraud preside over its appeal? Four bogus verdicts were delivered against me, all of which collapsed when challenged in the Islamabad High Court. But then they waited for ‘state-assigned’ judges, and only when those judges arrived were my appeals scheduled.
All my fundamental human rights have been suspended. I have been imprisoned for two years, and my wife has been detained for the past 14 months. The judiciary does not defend basic rights because they are all afraid of that one Colonel. I am enduring all this oppression for the sake of the nation and will never agree to a deal.
Rumors about some doctor coming from the U.S. are just that: rumors. When pressure mounts, they start negotiating with me. When it fades, they step up the cruelty again. What can one do in a tiny jail cell besides read? But even my books have become a problem for the Colonel in charge of Adiala Jail.
My message to the establishment: You need PTI. I do not need you. True power lies with the people, and as the only national party that has public support, it is PTI alone that can restore the army’s image among the public.
The nation is in urgent need of unity at this time due to three reasons:
- Modi’s pride has been wounded, and he could launch another attack on Pakistan. India’s economy is far stronger than ours, with $700 billion in reserves. We too must become economically resilient to counter India effectively.
- Terrorist attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are on the rise, claiming innocent lives daily.
- The economy is in shambles. Investors and youth are fleeing the country in large numbers.
A country without justice will never attract investment. No formula will work unless a government reflective of the people’s will is established. Until then, prosperity will remain a distant dream.”
چئیرمین پاکستان تحریک انصاف عمران خان کا اڈیالہ جیل سے پیغام
اس ملک میں جنگل کا قانون نافذ ہے۔ تحریک انصاف پر تمام قانونی اور آئینی راستے بند کر دیے گئے ہیں اس لیے میں اب خود بطور پارٹی سربراہ جیل سے احتجاجی تحریک کی سربراہی کروں گا- باہر میری نمائندگی عمر ایوب کریں گے- سلمان اکرم راجہ ہدایات پر عملدرآمد کروائیں گے-
تحریک کا لائحہ عمل چند روز میں قوم کے سامنے پیش کر دیا جائے گا۔ اس احتجاجی تحریک کے لیے اپنی اتحادی جماعتوں سمیت تحریک تحفظ آئین، جی ڈی اے اور ماہرنگ بلوچ کو بھی دعوت دیں گے۔ انشأللہ اس تحریک کو کوئی نہیں روک سکے گا۔
پاکستانی قوم کو میرا پیغام ہے کہ شاید یہ پھر سے میری ملاقاتوں پر پابندی عائد کر دیں لیکن آپ نے یاد رکھنا ہے کہ ووٹ میرا نہیں آپ کا چوری ہوا ہے۔ آواز میری نہیں آپ کی دبائی جا رہی ہے، لہذا آپ کو خود پاکستان کی حقیقی آزادی کے لیے کھڑے ہونا ہوگا۔ بارہا کہہ چکا ہوں کہ “آزادی کوئی پلیٹ میں رکھ کر نہیں دیتا”-
احتجاجی تحریک ملک گیر اور مسلسل ہو گی کیونکہ اسلام آباد میں سنائپرز تعینات ہوتے ہیں جو معصوم شہریوں اور پر امن احتجاجیوں پر سیدھے فائر کھول دیتے ہیں۔جو قتل عام تحریک انصاف کے ساتھ کیا گیا اور کسی جماعت کے ساتھ نہیں ہوا۔
میرا اپنے پارٹی عہدیداران کو پیغام ہے کہ اگر میں جیل کاٹ سکتا ہوں تو آپ کو بھی کوئی ڈر نہیں ہونا چاہیئے۔ اب تک پارٹی سب کو بنی بنائی مل گئی تھی۔ اب مشکل وقت ہے اور سب کا امتحان ہے۔ مجھے بھی جیل میں ڈالنے کے بعد تین سال خاموش ہو جانے پر آرام سے بنی گالا بیٹھ جانے کا کہا گیا تھا جیسے نواز شریف کو دس سال تک چپ رہنا پڑا مگر میں بزدل نہیں ہوں اور یزیدیت پر کبھی خاموش نہیں رہ سکتا۔
میں جمہوریت کی بحالی کے لیے آخری دم تک جدوجہد کروں گا
پاکستانی عوام نے سمبڑیال انتخابات میں ایک مرتبہ پھر ثابت کیا کہ ظلم کے ذریعے ان کا نظریہ تبدیل نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ عوام کا فیصلہ وہی ہے جو 8 فروری کو انھوں نے سنایا تھا۔ اس الیکشن میں بھی بے شرمی سے دھاندلی کر کے عوامی مینڈیٹ کو پیروں تلے روندا گیا۔
8 فروری کی انتخابات کی چوری میں قاضی فائز عیسیٰ، سکندر سلطان راجہ اور جنگل کا بادشاہ پوری طرح شامل تھے۔ انھوں نے اس وقت تک انتخابات ملتوی کروائے جب تک تحریک انصاف کو اپنی دانست میں کرش نہیں کر دیا گیا لیکن 8 فروری کو عوام خاموش انقلاب لے آئی۔
آٹھ فروری ایک بہت بڑا انقلاب تھا۔ جنھوں نے 8 فروری کا دو تہائی مینڈیٹ چرا لیا وہ ہمیں ضمنی انتخاب کیسے جیتنے دیتے؟ کیونکہ ان کو یہی ڈر ہے کہ میں جیل سے باہر نہ آ جاؤں۔لیکن حقیقت تو یہی ہے کہ ن لیگ اور پیپلز پارٹی کی حیثیت اب سیاسی لاشوں سے بڑھ کر کچھ نہیں ہے۔ ان کو اپنے اصل ٹھکانے لندن واپس چلے جانا چاہیئے۔
تحریک انصاف کو کرش کرنا “لندن پلان” کا حصہ تھا جو نواز شریف نے جنگل کے بادشاہ، قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اور سکندر سلطان راجہ کے ساتھ مل کر بنایا تھا۔
لندن پلان کے تحت ہی نو مئی بھی کروایا گیا۔ جس کا مقصد تحریک انصاف کو توڑنا اور ختم کرنا تھا۔ اسی لیے جنھوں نے پریس کانفرنس کر دی وہ آزاد ہیں جبکہ نظریے پر کھڑے رہنے والے آج بھی ناحق قید میں ہیں۔
اگر 9 مئی تحریک انصاف کی سازش تھا تو سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج سے ثابت ہو جاتا لیکن سی سی ٹی وی چرا کر سب سے بڑا جرم کیا گیا اور پھر ایک دم سے ۱۰ ہزار ورکرز کو گرفتار کرنا ثابت کرتا ہے کہ یہ ایک فالس فلیگ تھا، جس کی آڑ میں تحریک انصاف کو کرش کیا گیا۔
پاکستان میں عدلیہ مکمل طور پر مفلوج ہے۔ قاضی فائز اور سکندر سلطان کے جانے کا وقت آیا تو چھبیسویں ترمیم کر کے کئی نئے فائز عیسیٰ پیدا کر دیے گئے۔ سکندر سلطان راجہ مدت ختم ہو جانے کے باوجود آج تک صرف دھاندلی کی سہولت کاری کے لیے بیٹھا ہوا ہے۔ اس ملک میں انصاف ناپید ہو چکا ہے۔ اب ہم سے مخصوص نشستیں بھی چھبیسویں ترمیم والی عدالتوں کے ذریعے چھیننے کی کوشش میں ہیں۔
ہم اس حکومت سے کیا بات کریں جو خود دو NROs کی پیداوار ہے۔ اس حکومت میں بیٹھی کٹھ پتلیوں نے پہلے مشرف اور پھر باجوہ سے NRO لیا اور اپنی چوریاں معاف کروائیں۔ شہباز شریف “لیلے” کی طرح اسٹیبلشمنٹ کی رسی سے لٹکا ہوا ہے، دور جاتا ہے تو اسے آکسیجن کی کمی محسوس ہوتی ہے۔ یہ حکمران اور چھبیسویں ترمیم والے جج کسی کو کیا ہی انصاف دے سکتے ہیں؟
دنیا میں کہاں ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ جو فراڈ کرے وہی اپیل سنے؟ میرے خلاف 4 جھوٹے فیصلے کروائے گئے جو اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ آنے پر اڑ گئے، اس کے بعد سرکاری ججوں کا انتظار کیا گیا اور میری اپیل تب لگائی گئی جب سرکاری جج آ گئے۔
میرے تمام انسانی حقوق معطل ہیں۔ میں 2 سال سے قید میں ہوں جبکہ میری اہلیہ کو 14 ماہ سے قید میں رکھا گیا ہے۔ عدلیہ انسانی حقوق کا دفاع نہیں کرتی کیونکہ وہ سب ایک کرنل سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ میں یہ سب ظلم صرف قوم کی خاطر برداشت کر رہا ہوں اور کسی صورت ڈیل نہیں کروں گا۔
یہ بات کہ کوئی ڈاکٹر امریکا سے آئے ہیں سب افواہ ہے۔ جب ان پر دباؤ آتا ہے یہ مجھ سے بات چیت کا آغاز کر دیتے ہیں اور جب دباؤ ختم ہو جائے تو پھر سختی بڑھا دیتے ہیں۔ ایک چھوٹے سے سیل میں رہتے ہوئے انسان کیا کر سکتا ہے سوائے کتابیں پڑھنے کے مگر اڈیالہ جیل میں تعینات کرنل کو میری کتابوں سے بھی مسئلہ ہے۔
میرا اسٹیبلشمنٹ کو پیغام ہے کہ آپ کو تحریک انصاف کی ضرورت ہے مجھے آپ کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں ۔ اصل طاقت اسی کے پاس ہوتی ہے جس کے ساتھ عوام ہو۔ عوام کی اصل نمائندہ جماعت تحریک انصاف ہی عوام میں فوج کا تاثر بحال کر سکتی ہے۔
تین وجوہات کی وجہ سے اس وقت قوم کو اتحاد کی شدید ضرورت ہے:
۱- مودی اس وقت زخمی ہے اور پاکستان پر ایک مرتبہ پھر حملہ آور ہو سکتا ہے۔ بھارت کی معیشت ہم سے کافی مضبوط ہے اور 700 ارب ڈالر کے ذخائر ہیں، ہمیں بھی معاشی لحاظ سے مضبوط ہونا ہو گا تاکہ بھارت کا مقابلہ کر سکیں-
۲- خیبرپختونخوا اور بلوچستان میں آئے روز دہشتگردی کے واقعات بڑھ رہے میں جس میں معصوم لوگ شہید ہو رہے ہیں۔
۳- معیشت مکمل طور پر تباہ حال ہے اور سرمایہ دار اور نوجوان مسلسل بیرون ملک منتقل ہو رہے ہیں-
جس ملک میں انصاف نہ ہو وہاں کوئی سرمایہ کاری نہیں آ سکتی۔ سرمایہ کاری کے لیے کوئی بھی کلیہ آزما لیں عوام کی منشاء کی حکومت جب تک قائم نہیں ہو گی یہ بس ایک خواب ہی رہے گا
