“I applaud the public for their participation in the nationwide protests on February 8th, including in Punjab, Sindh, and Swabi. Despite this era of blatant fascism, people continue to respond to my call, breaking the shackles of fear, proving that the nation is now determined to attain genuine sovereignty at any cost. The fraudulent, subservient government is fearful. Raids were conducted across the country, and individuals were subjected to violence. Under the pretext of cricket, we were denied permission to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan, which clearly indicates the panic and desperation of this worthless government.
My letter to the Army Chief was written with the sincere intentions for the betterment of the country. This is my nation, and I am deeply concerned about its future. I would like to address the DG ISPR and state that the reputation of the military is being completely ruined. While you claim to be uninvolved in politics, every citizen is aware that the country's affairs are being controlled by the Army Chief. Individuals like Mohsin Naqvi, who have never even contested a councilor’s election, have been imposed upon the nation, wielding authority over everything from cricket to internal and external affairs.
Repression and fascism are rampant in the country. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has effectively dismantled the Supreme Court’s independence. Justice Qazi Faez Isa was the most biased and shameless Chief Justice in history, surpassing even Justice Munir in his misdeeds. During his tenure, democracy was trampled upon and human rights were grossly violated, yet instead of taking action against this injustice, he facilitated every illegal move. Rule of law and human rights have been severely compromised. Sham elections were carried out and the people were deprived of their mandate. The Chief Election Commissioner and Qazi Faez Isa served as facilitators of the establishment, and in the process, betrayed their offices and the nation. As a result, a forged parliament, a fraudulent prime minister, and a phony president have been installed.
What Qazi Faez Isa was being used for is now being done by the Constitutional Bench. The country has been reduced to a banana republic. Judges are supposed to hear both sides of an argument, but, one-sided decisions are being handed down here.
I would like to send a special message to Justice Yahya Afridi: Given the state of law and human rights in the country, you should take a stand against this injustice and become an honorable part of history, rather than playing a disgraceful role like Qazi Faez Isa.
Voices of media and social media have been silenced through the draconian amendments to the PECA law. State of the internet in the country is evident to all. The economy has suffered a loss of $1.7 billion. The country is experiencing a rapid brain drain, with 1.7 million people having moved abroad. Economic devastation and unemployment have left the entire nation distressed.
We demanded commissions be formed to investigate May 9th (2023) and November 26th (2024) because we knew that negotiations were a mere facade. Forming a commission on the events of February 8th (2024) was way out of their league. Had their intentions been sincere, they would have established commissions on May 9th and November 26th to uncover the truth, as these were matters related to human rights violations that required immediate action. However, nothing was done. The establishment murdered unarmed civilians on November 26th when they ordered opening fire on them.
The country’s most notorious money launderers have been imposed as rulers upon the nation. Intelligence agencies kept informing us for 30 years about how these two families looted the country. They themselves showed us files on the Surrey Palace and Mayfair flats. NAB was set to recover Rs 1,100 billion, and during our tenure, we successfully recovered Rs 480 billion because we were serious about accountability. In contrast, in the previous 17 years, only Rs 80–90 billion had been recovered. However, amendments were made to NAB laws to dismiss all corruption cases against these two families. Cases involving Maqsood Chaprasi, Mayfair properties, One Hyde Park bribery, and the Omni Group were all closed. At first, we were informed about their corruption, yet now, through rigging, they have been imposed on us simply because their expertise lies in appeasing the establishment. The military has destroyed its own credibility by installing faces that the public has rejected, creating resentment among the masses. This fraudulent system can only survive through crushing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and keeping our people unjustly incarcerated, ensuring that the puppet government remains in place and the electoral fraud is not revealed. Any survey will reveal the growing chasm between the public and the military.
Where democracy flourishes, progress follows. The examples of East and West Germany are before us. East Germany suffered under dictatorship, while West Germany thrived under democracy. After 50 years, the world witnessed how democracy propelled West Germany’s development. The Soviet Union is another example—it was progressing rapidly in the 1970s, but within 15 to 20 years, authoritarianism and policies akin to abducting voices of dissent led to its downfall, while the United States surged ahead.”

میں نے آرمی چیف کے نام خط ملک کی بہتری کے لیے نیک نیتی سے لکھا تھا۔ یہ میرا ملک ہے اور مجھے اس کی فکر ہے۔ میں ڈی جی آئی ایس پی آر کو کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ فوج کی ساکھ مکمل طور پر تباہ ہو رہی ہے۔آپ کہتے تو یہ ہیں کہ ہم سیاست میں مداخلت نہیں کرتے مگر بچہ بچہ واقف ہے کہ ملک کا نظام آرمی چیف ہی چلا رہا ہے۔ ملک پر محسن نقوی جیسے ٹاوٹس مسلط کر دئیے گئے ہیں جس نے کبھی کونسلر کا انتخاب نہیں لڑا، مگر اب وہ کرکٹ سے لے کر خارجی اور داخلی معاملات تک ہر چیز کا کرتا دھرتا ہے۔
ملک میں ہر جانب جبر و فسطائیت کا بازار گرم ہے۔ چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے ذریعے سپریم کورٹ کی خودمختاری کا جنازہ نکال دیا گیا۔ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ تاریخ کے جانبدار اور بے شرم ترین چیف جسٹس تھے جن کا کردار جسٹس منیر سے بھی زیادہ گھناونا تھا۔ ان کے دور میں جمہوریت پر شب خون مارا گیا، انسانی حقوق بری طرح پامال ہوئے مگر انہوں نے بجائے کوئی ایکشن لینے کے، ہر غیر قانونی اقدام کی سہولتکاری کی۔ ملک میں قانون کی حکمرانی اور انسانی حقوق دونوں بری طرح پامال ہیں۔ انتخابات کے نام پر ڈھونگ رچا کر عوام سے ان کا مینڈیٹ چھینا گیا۔ چیف الیکشن کمشنر اور قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اس سب میں اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے سہولتکار بنے رہے۔ ان دونوں چہروں نے اپنے عہدوں اور عوام سے غداری کی۔ اس سب کے نتیجے میں جعلی ایم این ایز، جعلی پارلیمان جعلی وزیراعظم اور جعلی صدر کا وجود عمل میں آیا ہے۔
قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کا کام اب آئینی بینچ سے لیا جا رہا ہے۔ملک کو بنانا ریپبلک بنا دیا گیا ہے۔ ججز کا یہ فرض ہوتا ہے کہ دو طرفہ مؤقف سنا جائے مگر یہاں ایک ہی طرف کا مؤقف سن کر فیصلے سنا دئیے جاتے ہیں۔
جسٹس یحیٰی آفریدی کو خصوصی پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ جو ملک میں انسانی حقوق اور قانون کا حال ہے آپ کو اس کے خلاف کھڑے ہو کر تاریخ میں سرخرو ہونا چاہیئے اور قاضی جیسا شرمناک کردار ادا نہیں کرنا چاہیئے۔
پیکا کے کالے قانون کے ذریعے میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا کا گلا گھونٹ دیا گیا ہے۔انٹرنیٹ کا جو حال کیا گیا وہ سب کے سامنے ہے۔معیشت کو 1.7 بلین ڈالرز کا نقصان اٹھانا پڑا۔ملک میں brain drain تیزی سے جاری ہے۔17 لاکھ افراد بیرون ملک منتقل ہو چکے ہیں۔معاشی تباہی اور بے روزگاری سے پوری قوم پریشان ہے۔
ہم نے 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر پر کمیشن کا مطالبہ اسی لیے کیا تھا کیونکہ ہمیں معلوم تھا کہ مذاکرات صرف ایک ڈرامہ ہیں۔ آٹھ فروری پر کمیشن بنانا تو ان کے بس کی بات ہی نہیں تھی۔ اگر ان کی نیت صاف ہوتی تو 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر پر کمیشن بنا کر دودھ کا دودھ پانی کا پانی کرتے کیونکہ یہ انسانی حقوق سے متعلق معاملات تھے اور فوری طور پر ان پر ایکشن لیا جا سکتا تھا مگر ایسا نہیں کیا گیا۔ 26 نومبر کو اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے گولیاں چلوا کر نہتی عوام کا قتل کیا۔
ملک کے سب سے بڑے منی لانڈررز کو قوم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا ہے۔ 30 سال سے خفیہ ایجنسیاں ہمیں بتا رہی تھیں کہ ملک کو ان دو خاندانوں نے کس طرح لوٹا۔ سرے محل اور مے فئیر فلیٹس کی فائلیں انہوں نے ہمیں خود دکھائیں۔ نیب نے 1100 ارب ریکور کرنے تھے۔ ہمارے دور میں 480 ارب ریکور کیے گئے کیونکہ ہم احتساب کو لے کر سنجیدہ تھے جبکہ پچھلے 17 سال میں صرف 80 سے 90 ارب ہی اکٹھے ہو سکے۔ نیب ترامیم کر کے ان دو خاندانوں کے تمام مقدمات بند کر دیے گئے۔ مقصود چپڑاسی، مے فئیر، ون ہائیڈ پارک میں رشوت، اومنی گروپ سمیت تمام مقدمات بند کر دیے گئے۔ ہمیں خود ہی بتایا گیا کہ یہ لوگ کرپٹ ہیں اور اب دھاندلی کے ذریعے ان کو ہم پر مسلط کر دیا گیا صرف اس لیے کیونکہ بوٹ پالشی ان کی مہارت ہے۔ پاکستان کی عوام جن چہروں کو مسترد کر چکی ہے ان کو حکومت دے کر فوج نے اپنی ساکھ تباہ کر لی ہے اور عوام میں نفرت پیدا کی ہے۔ اس جعلی نظام کی بقاء صرف تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے اور ہمارے لوگوں کو جیلوں میں رکھنے میں ہے تاکہ اردلی حکومت قائم رہے اور انتخابی فراڈ سامنے نہ آئے۔ آپ کوئی بھی سروے کروا کر دیکھ لیں آپ کو معلوم ہو جائے گا کہ عوام اور فوج کے درمیان خلیج کس قدر بڑھ چکی ہے۔
جہاں جمہوریت ہوتی ہے ترقی وہیں ہوتی ہے۔ مشرقی اور مغربی جرمنی کی مثال سب کے سامنے ہے۔ مشرقی جرمنی میں آمریت اور مغربی جرمنی میں جمہوریت تھی۔ 50 سال کے بعد سب نے دیکھا کہ مغربی جرمنی جمہوریت کی بنیاد پر کتنی ترقی کر گیا۔ سویت یونین کی مثال بھی سب کے سامنے ہے جو 1970 کی دہائی میں تیزی سے ترقی کر رہا تھا مگر 15، 20 سال کے اندر اندر وہاں آمرانہ رویوں اور ویگو ڈالوں کی طرز پر اغواء جیسی پالیسیوں کی وجہ سے وہی حالات بن گئے جو ہمارے ہیں اور امریکا سویت یونین سے بہت آگے نکل گیا”
