"I direct the entire party to observe ‘Black Day’ on February 8th. Preparations for this should start right away. The individual who tried to snatch the 'bat' symbol and the elections from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is now lost in the dark obscurity of history. The tenure of Chief Election Commissioner, Sikandar Sultan Raja, also ends tomorrow. If there is one person who should have Article 6 [treason] invoked upon in this country, it is Sikandar Sultan Raja, who stole the people’s mandate, while Justice Qazi Faez Isa provided protection to this electoral fraud.
Our goal is to restore transparent elections, the Constitution, and democracy in Pakistan. We want democracy to be reinstated in the country, rule of law to be revived, and suspended basic human rights to be restored.
The non-issuance of production orders for Senator Ejaz Chaudhry is highly condemnable. If the House does not act on this, I am fully justified in stating that democracy, the Constitution, and the rule of law have been completely obliterated in Pakistan. The judiciary, police, (intelligence and security) agencies, and FIA have been sidetracked from their actual responsibilities to crush PTI. It feels as though the orders of a dictator are the law of the land, with no regard for the Constitution or elected representatives.
Justice is a fundamental requirement for the functioning of any state. However, with the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the judiciary’s hands have been tied. The Supreme Court has been targeted, and court-packing is underway. Judges are being rewarded for sentencing me, and appointments to the Islamabad High Court disregard merit.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa has butchered justice in the Supreme Court, leaving no expectations of fairness from the judiciary. We demand that the Supreme Court protect basic civil and human rights. Military trials of civilians have no place in international or domestic laws. Our second demand is for an independent judicial commission to investigate the incidents of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023). I know who masterminded these events—they are the same people who made CCTV footage of the May 9th (incident) disappear.
The government’s resistance towards the formation of a judicial commission makes no sense unless it is complicit in these incidents. I have instructed Asad Qaiser and Omar Ayub to reach out to opposition parties to take them into confidence regarding the negotiation process and PTI’s political stance.
A government formed under Form 47 [electoral fraud] cannot alleviate the suffering of the people. The Balochistan model has been imposed across Pakistan. Until a government of elected representatives is established in Balochistan, the situation will remain unstable. The state’s oppression in Balochistan is condemnable. Guns and military solutions can never resolve public issues, as is now evident in the rest of the country as well.
False cases like the Al-Qadir (University) Trust case have been filed to pressure me. Those who have looted billions in Pakistan have become rulers simply because they struck deals. Nawaz Sharif’s son sold a Rs. 9 billion flat to Malik Riaz for Rs. 18 billion. The question is: where did Nawaz Sharif’s son get Rs. 9 billion? They never provided receipts when asked during the Panama Papers investigation. With Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s collaboration, billions of Rupees in money laundering were pardoned in the Hudaibiya Paper Mills case. NAB amendments were restored, and Justice Qazi Faez Isa nullified the legal standing of Mutual Legal Assistance because he was himself a beneficiary. He has not accounted for his London properties. We demand accountability for Nawaz Sharif’s Rs. 9 billion. This mafia always unites to protect each other’s corruption. That is the difference between Pakistan’s status quo and PTI. I was also offered a deal, but since I have not committed any corruption, why should I compromise? I will not make any deal, even till my last breath."

پوری پارٹی کو ہدایت کرتا ہوں کہ 8 فروری کو یوم سیاہ منایا جائے۔ اس کی تیاریاں آج سے ہی شروع کی جائیں۔ جس شخص نے تحریک انصاف سے بلے کا نشان اور الیکشن چھیننے کی کوشش کی وہ تاریخ کے تاریک قبرستان میں گم ہے۔ چیف الیکشن کمشنر سکندر سلطان راجہ کی مدت بھی کل ختم ہو رہی ہے۔ اگر آرٹیکل6 اس ملک میں کسی پر لگنا چاہیے تو وہ سکندر سلطان راجہ ہے ۔ اس نے عوام کے مینڈیٹ کو چوری کیا اور قاضی فائز عیسی نے اس انتخابی فراڈ کو تحفظ فراہم کیا۔
ہمارا مقصد پاکستان میں شفاف انتخابات،آئین اور جمہوریت کی بحالی ہے ۔ ہم چاہتے ہیں ملک میں جمہوریت بحال ہو اور قانون کی حکمرانی واپس آئے ۔ملک میں معطل بنیادی انسانی حقوق دوبارہ بحال ہوں۔
سینیٹر اعجاز چوہدری کے پروڈکشن آرڈر جاری نہ ہونا قابل مذمت ہے۔ اگر ہاؤس اس پر کوئی کارروائی نہیں کرتا تو میں یہ کہنے میں مکمل حق بجانب ہوں کہ پاکستان میں جمہوریت، آئین اور قانون کا مکمل جنازہ نکل چکا ہے۔ عدلیہ ، پولیس ، ایجنسیوں، ایف آئی اے سب کو اپنے اصل کاموں سے ہٹا کر صرف اور صرف تحریک انصاف کو کچلنے پر لگا دیا گیا ہے۔ ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ ایک آمر کا حکم ہی ملک میں قانون ہے، جبکہ آئین اور منتخب نمائندوں کی کوئی وقعت نہیں رہ گئی ۔
انصاف کی فراہمی کسی بھی مملکت کو چلانے کے لئے بنیادی تقاضہ ہوتا ہے ۔ مگر یہاں 26 ویں آئینی ترمیم کر کے عدلیہ کے ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹ دئیے گئے ہیں ۔پاکستان کی اعلی ترین عدالت کو نگیں کر دیا گیا ہے اور کورٹ پیکنگ( ججز کی تعداد میں اضافہ ) کی جا رہی ہے۔ صرف مجھے سزا دینے پر ججز کو نوازا جا رہا ہے اور میرٹ کی دھجیاں بکھیرنے پر اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں انکا تقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
قاضی فائز عیسی نے سپریم کورٹ میں انصاف کا بالکل قتل عام کر کہ رکھ دیا تھا ۔ اس کے بعد عدلیہ سے انصاف کی توقع ختم ہو چکی ہے۔ ہمارا مطالبہ ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ بنیادی شہری اور انسانی حقوق کا دفاع کرے۔ سویلین کے ملٹری ٹرائل کی بین الاقوامی اور ملکی قوانین میں کوئی گنجائش نہیں ۔ ہمارا دوسرا مطالبہ ہے کہ 26 نومبر اور نو مئی کے واقعات کی جوڈیشل کمیشن کے ذریع آزاد انکوائری کروائی جائے۔ مجھے معلوم ہے کہ ان واقعات کا ماسٹر مائنڈ کون ہے۔ یہ وہی ہیں جنہوں نے نو مئی کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج غائب کی ہے۔
حکومت کی جانب سے جوڈیشل کمیشن کی مخالفت کی کوئی وجہ سمجھ نہیں آتی، ماسوائے اس کے کہ وہ خود اس واقع میں شامل ہے۔ میں نے اسد قیصر اور عمر ایوب کو اپوزیشن جماعتوں سے رابطہ کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔ اپوزیشن جماعتوں سے رابطہ کر کے انہیں مذاکراتی عمل اور ہماری سیاسی پوزیشن سے متعلق اعتماد میں لیا جائے۔۔۔
فارم 47 کے تحت وجود میں آنے والی حکومت عوام کے دکھوں کا مداوا نہیں کر سکتی۔ پورے پاکستان میں بلوچستان ماڈل نافذ کر دیا گیا ہے ۔ جب تک بلوچستان میں منتخب لوگوں کی حکومت نہیں آئے گی حالات پرسکون نہیں ہوں گے۔ بلوچستان میں ریاستی ظلم قابل مذمت ہے۔ عوامی مسائل کا حل کبھی بھی بندوق اور فوج نہیں ہوتا، یہی معاملہ اب باقی ماندہ ملک کا بھی ہے۔
مجھ پر دباؤ ڈالنے کے لیے القادر جیسے جھوٹے مقدمات بنائے گئے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں جنہوں نے اربوں روپے چوری کئے وہی حکمران بن گئے ہیں صرف اس لیے کہ انہوں نے ڈیل کی۔ نواز شریف کے بیٹے نے نو ارب کا فلیٹ ملک ریاض کو 18 ارب روپے میں بیچا۔ سوال تو یہ ہے کہ نواز شریف کے بیٹے کے پاس نو ارب روپے کہاں سے آئے؟ پانامہ میں ان سے جو رسیدیں مانگی گئیں وہ آج تک نہیں دی گئیں۔ قاضی فائز عیسی کے ساتھ مل کر حدیبیہ پیپر ملز میں اربوں روپے کی منی لانڈرنگ معاف کروائی گئی۔ نیب ترامیم بحال کر کے قاضی فائز عیسی نے میوچل لیگل اسسٹنس کی قانونی حیثیت کو ختم کیا کیونکہ وہ خود اس کے بینیفیشری تھے۔ قاضی فائز عیسی کی لندن میں جو پراپرٹیز ہیں اس کا انہوں نے حساب نہیں دیا۔ نواز شریف کے پاس نو ارب روپیہ کہاں سے آیا اس کا ہم حساب مانگتے ہیں۔ یہ مافیا ایک دوسرے کی کرپشن بچانے کے لیے ہمیشہ ایک ہو جاتا ہے۔ یہی پاکستان کے سٹیٹس کو اور تحریک انصاف میں فرق ہے۔ مجھے بھی ڈیل آفر ہوئی مگر جب میں نے کوئی چوری ہی نہیں کی تو سمجھوتا کیوں کروں؟ میں آخری دم تک ڈیل نہیں کروں گا۔
