“The government has been given until Sunday, December 22nd. If by tomorrow the government does not show that they are serious about our demands, the first phase of our civil disobedience movement will begin, which includes a boycott of (foreign currency) remittances. This incompetent government will have to pay a heavy price for it. They have no idea how fatal a civil disobedience movement could prove to be for their illegitimate government. The government should immediately begin negotiations if they are serious about our demands.
It has been a month since the Islamabad massacre, and in any civilized society, the perpetrators would have faced justice by now. Yet, here, even a judicial commission could not be formed. Many of our people are missing, and until their details together with pictures are shared, clarifying where they are, we will not trust anything the government says.
Instead of sentencing political workers through military courts, a formal declaration of martial law might as well be made. Those who stole the CCTV footage are the ones responsible for the events of May 9th (2023). Those who fired bullets at (unarmed) people have now become judge, jury, and executioner, handing out punishments. This is not democracy. It is the law of the jungle.
Our second demand is for an independent investigation into the events of May 9th (false flag), a request we have repeatedly made to the Supreme Court. On May 9th, more than two dozen of our workers were shot dead. We have already made the details of 15 of them public. Furthermore, hundreds of our workers were injured by gunfire that day. Not a single soldier or police officer lost their life, so how can it be labeled terrorism? What falls under the definition of terrorism? The peaceful protest of unarmed citizens or directly firing bullets at them?
I already know what the verdict will be in the Al-Qadir Trust University case. All decisions are delivered (to courts) already written (elsewhere). Three judgments were announced against me in Adiala Jail, and all three were overturned by higher courts because all the cases were false and baseless. The government's farcical actions are damaging the country, not me.
People are mourning the loss of their loved ones in their homes. If it is necessary to meet for negotiations, our people should do so behind closed doors. Photos should not be taken with the perpetrators and facilitators of the November 26th massacre.
Our people who have been arrested are being kept in tents in the freezing cold at Attock Jail, which is not only against the law but also against humanity. Our ILF lawyers' teams should work more actively to secure their rights.
We had hoped that after Qazi Faez Isa's retirement, we would get justice from the Supreme Court. However, the mafia, through amendments to the Constitution by abducting members of parliament have taken control of the judiciary, which is now being used for political vendetta. Pakistan can only be saved through investment, but due to the absence of the rule of law, no one is willing to invest here, and the situation is worsening by the day. The nation's interests are being sacrificed at the altar of personal egos and extensions. The only way to improve the situation is to hand over power to a truly representative party of the people so that political and, consequently, economic stability can be achieved.”

حکومت کو اتوار، 22 دسمبر تک کا وقت دیا ہے، اگر کل تک حکومت نے ہمارے مطالبات پر سنجیدگی نہیں دکھائی تو ہماری سول نافرمانی کی تحریک کا پہلا مرحلہ یعنی ترسیلات زر کا بائیکاٹ شروع ہو جائے گا، جس کی اس نااہل حکومت کو بھاری قیمت چکانی پڑے گی۔ انہیں اندازہ نہیں کہ سول نافرمانی کی تحریک اس جعلی حکومت کے لیے کتنی مہلک ثابت ہو گی۔ اگر حکومت ہمارے مطالبات پر سنجیدہ ہے تو فوری طور پر مذاکرات کا آغاز کرے۔
اسلام آباد قتل عام کو ایک ماہ ہوگیا ہے اور کوئی مہذب معاشرہ ہوتا تو قاتل اپنے انجام کو پہنچ چکے ہوتے جبکہ یہاں ایک جوڈیشل کمیشن تک نہیں بن سکا- ہمارے کئی لوگ گمشدہ ہیں، جب تک ہمارے لاپتہ لوگوں کی تصاویر کے ساتھ تفصیلات نہیں شئیر کی جاتیں کہ وہ کہاں کہاں ہیں تب تک حکومت کی کسی بات پر یقین نہیں کریں گے-
ملٹری کورٹس کے ذریعے سیاسی ورکروں کو سزائیں دینے سے ںہتر ہے کہ ملک میں لگے مارشل لاء کا باقاعدہ اعلان کر دیا جائے- 9 مئی کے ذمہ دار وہ ہیں جنہوں نے سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیجز چوری کیں- جنہوں نے لوگوں پر گولیاں چلائیں وہی جج جیوری اور جلاد بنے سزائیں بھی سنا رہے ہیں۔ یہ جمہوریت نہیں جنگل کا قانون ہے-
ہمارا دوسرا مطالبہ 9 مئی کی آزادانہ تحقیقات ہیں جس کے لیے ہم بارہا سپریم کورٹ سے بھی مطالبہ کر چکے ہیں- 9 مئی کو بھی ہمارے دو درجن سے زائد کارکنان کو گولیاں برسا کر قتل کر دیا گیا تھا۔ 15 کی تفصیلات ہم نے پبلک کیں۔ مزید براں ہمارے سینکڑوں کارکنان کو اس دن گولیاں ماری گئی تھیں- کسی ایک فوجی یا پولیس والے کی جان نہیں گئی تو دہشتگردی کیسے ہوئی؟ کیا نہتی عوام کا پرامن احتجاج دہشتگردی کے زمرے میں آتا ہے یا ان پر سیدھی گولیاں برسانا؟
مجھے معلوم ہے القادر ٹرسٹ یونیورسٹی کے کیس کا فیصلہ کیا آنا ہے، یہاں سارے فیصلے پہلے سے لکھ کر آتے ہیں- میرے خلاف اڈیالہ جیل میں تین فیصلے سنائے گئے تینوں فیصلے اعلیٰ عدالتوں میں ختم ہوگئے کیونکہ سارے کیسز جھوٹے اور بے بنیاد تھے- حکومت کی غیر سنجیدگی سے میرا نہیں ملک کا نقصان ہورہا ہے-
لوگوں کے گھروں میں ماتم ہورہا ہے، ہمارے لوگوں کی اگر کوئی مجبوری ہو تو بند کمرے میں مذاکرات کریں، 26 نومبر قتل عام کے قاتلوں اور سہولتکاروں کے ساتھ تصاویر نہیں بنانی چاہیں۔
ہمارے جو لوگ گرفتار کئے گئے ہیں انہیں سخت سردی میں اٹک جیل میں تمبووں میں رکھا گیا ہے جو کہ ناصرف قانون بلکہ انسانیت کے بھی خلاف ہے۔ ہمارے ILF وکلأ کی ٹیمز مزید متحرک ہو کر ان کو ریلیف دلوائیں-
ہمیں امید تھی کہ قاضی فائر عیسیٰ کے جانے کے بعد ہمیں سپریم کورٹ سے انصاف ملے گا لیکن مافیا نے ممبران پارلیمنٹ کے اغوا کے ذریعے آئین میں ترمیم کرکے عدلیہ پر قبضہ کرلیا اور اب عدلیہ کو سیاسی انتقامی کاروائی کے لئے استعمال کیا جارہا ہے- پاکستان صرف سرمایہ کاری سے بچ سکتا ہے لیکن پاکستان میں اس وقت قانون کی حکمرانی نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے کوئی سرمایہ کاری کرنے کو تیار نہیں اور دن بدن حالات بدتر ہوتے جا رہے ہیں- ملکی مفاد شخصی انا اور ایکسٹینشن کی بھینٹ چڑھ رہا ہے۔ حالات کی بہتری کا صرف ایک ہی ذریعہ ہے کہ اقتدار عوام کی نمائندہ جماعت کو سونپا جائے تاکہ سیاسی اور نتیجتاً معاشی استحکام کی راہ ہموار کی جا سکے۔
