“The efforts of the party’s negotiation committee are commendable. To ensure that the negotiation process is meaningful, it is essential for me to engage with the negotiation team I have nominated to gain a clear understanding of the issues at hand. I have appointed Sahibzada Hamid Raza as the spokesperson for PTI’s negotiation process.
If the government wants productive negotiations, we have two demands:
1) The release of under-trial political prisoners.
2) Formation of a judicial commission, comprising the most senior judges, to investigate the events of May 9 and November 26.
If these demands are met, we will postpone our civil disobedience movement. However, I fear that the government will attempt to sideline our demand for investigations into the events of May 9 and November 26. We will not allow this to happen.
I reject the unconstitutional decisions of the military courts. These decisions are tarnishing Pakistan’s international reputation, and such inhumane actions could subject the country to economic sanctions. Such decisions are a slap in the face of the so-called ‘constitutional bench’.
Even the judiciary has now admitted that political engineering is taking place in the country. This clearly means that PTI is being crushed, which, in turn, has severely undermined democracy, judicial independence, and the rule of law.
No country can develop without external and internal investment, and investment cannot come without the rule of law. People are transferring their capital out of Pakistan because neither the judiciary is independent here nor is there any respect for the law. After the 26th constitutional amendment, the judiciary’s hands have been completely tied. The establishment of the constitutional bench and its decisions and its decisions have undermined dignity of the Supreme Court.”

پارٹی کی مذاکراتی کمیٹی کی کاوشیں اچھی بات ہے۔ مذاکرات کے عمل کو معنی خیز بنانے کے لیے اہم ہے کہ میری ملاقات میری نامزد کردہ مذاکراتی ٹیم سے کروائی جائے تا کہ مجھے معاملات کا صحیح علم ہو سکے- میں نے صاحبزادہ حامد رضا کو تحریک انصاف کے مذاکراتی عمل کا ترجمان نامزد کیا ہے ۔
حکومت اگر نتیجہ خیز مذاکرات چاہتی ہے تو ہمارے دو مطالبات ہیں:
1) انڈر ٹرائل سیاسی قیدیوں کی رہائی
2 ) 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر کے واقعات پر سینئیر ترین ججز پر مشتمل جوڈیشل کمیشن کا قیام
ان مطالبات پر عمل درآمد کی صورت میں ہم سول نافرمانی کی تحریک کو موخر کر دیں گے ۔ لیکن مجھے خدشہ ہے کہ حکومت ہمارے 9 مئی اور 26 نومبر کی تحقیات کے مطالبے کو پس پشت ڈالنے کی کوشش کرے گی لیکن ہم ایسا نہیں ہونے دیں گے ۔
ملٹری کورٹس کے غیر آئینی فیصلوں کو مسترد کرتا ہوں، ان فیصلوں کی وجہ سے پاکستان کی بین الاقوامی دنیا میں بدنامی بھی ہو رہی ہے اور ایسے غیر انسانی عمل سے ملک کو معاشی پابندیوں کا سامنا بھی کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔
یہ فیصلہ دے کر “آئینی بنچ” کے چہرے پر بھی طمانچہ مارا گیا ہے۔
اب تو عدلیہ نے بھی اعتراف کیا ہے کہ ملک میں
سیاسی انجینئرنگ ہو رہی ہے جس کا صاف مطلب ہے کہ تحریک انصاف کو کچلا جا رہا ہے اور تحریک انصاف کو دباتے دباتے حقیقت میں جمہوریت، عدلیہ کی آزادی اور قانون کی حکمرانی کا جنازہ نکال دیا گیا ہے ۔
کوئی ملک بیرونی اور اندرونی سرمایہ کاری کے بغیر ترقی نہیں کر سکتا اور سرمایہ کاری کبھی قانون کی حکمرانی کے بغیر آ ہی نہیں سکتی۔ لوگ پاکستان سے باہر سرمایہ منتقل کر رہے ہیں کیونکہ یہاں نہ تو عدلیہ آزاد ہے اور نہ ہی قانون کا کوئی احترام ہے۔ چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد عدلیہ کے مکمل طور پر ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹ دئیے گئے ہیں ۔ آئینی بینچ کا قیام اور اسکے فیصلے سپریم کورٹ کو شرمندہ کرنے کے مترادف ہیں
