The leaked Commonwealth report about the elections of February 8th (2024) has once again revealed the brazen electoral fraud used to shamelessly steal our mandate. According to the Commonwealth, this report had already been officially submitted to the Government of Pakistan, yet individuals like Sikandar Sultan Raja, who are utterly devoid of conscience, played a central role not only in facilitating electoral theft but also in concealing it. The law in Pakistan prescribes severe punishment for election fraud: Article 6 of the Constitution applies. However, every law in our country is currently rendered meaningless, except the ‘Asim Law’.
Individuals like Liaquat Chattha are commendable who prioritized the voice of their conscience over jobs and titles. After this theft, a massacre was perpetrated, and the 26th Constitutional Amendment was imposed. The judges who spoke up against the amendment also deserve to be appreciated.
The time for accepting a government that originated from a rigged election as legitimate is over. That is why resignations from the Senate and parliamentary committees have been tendered.
My message to my party's parliamentarians is to neither fear the ‘Asim Law’ imposed upon the country, nor the prospect of imprisonment. A single individual seeks to crush you merely to satisfy his own lust for power. The more you fear them, the more they will suppress you. You are standing on the side of truth, and truth gives man courage. Victory belongs only to the truth.
A false flag operation is being orchestrated along the lines of May 9th (2023) against Afghans and people of the tribal areas. Relations with Afghanistan have been deliberately sabotaged since Asim Munir assumed charge, with continuous provocations to push them into war with Pakistan, all to appease the lobby that opposes the current Afghan government and to project himself before the West as the supposed ‘savior’.
First, grave threats were issued to the Afghan government; then, in blatant violation of religious, moral, and international refugee rights, Afghan brothers who had been residing in Pakistan for three generations were forcibly expelled. Then attacks were launched on Afghan soil, and now, operations have been initiated in the tribal areas under the pretext that ‘terrorists have arrived’.
Because of these policies, our own people are being martyred everywhere: police personnel, soldiers, and innocent civilians being martyred are all our own. This approach can never establish peace. Lasting peace only comes through dialogue.
Now, for the establishment of peace in Afghanistan and the tribal regions, three stakeholders must necessarily be brought together. First, the people of Pakistan’s tribal areas; second, the Afghan government; and third, the Afghan people. No operation can succeed without the cooperation of these three stakeholders, nor can any sustainable solution be found.
What is being attempted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is merely to discredit the PTI government. A military operation will only fuel further terrorism, and as the police are diverted to counter rising terrorism, governance and law-and-order will collapse. Such policies were also adopted during the tenure of the ANP government.
All MPAs, MNAs, and Senators of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must sit together with the Chief Minister to urgently resolve the challenges of the province. Special measures must be taken to maintain peace in those areas recently affected by floods.
Our allies, under the leadership of Mahmood Khan Achakzai, should take a peace delegation to Afghanistan and seek solutions through dialogue.
My so-called trial in Adiala Jail is not being conducted by a judge but by an ISI Colonel, who takes instructions directly from the Army Chief, Asim Munir. This is a military trial, not a civilian one.
Everything in Pakistan today is being done under Asim Law, with the Constitution and legal framework in shreds. Over three hundred fabricated cases have been registered against me, all of which I am facing. I will emerge with justice from the courts without making any deal. Every form of oppression has been inflicted upon our party. My wife and I would be freed today if cases were decided on merit. All our human rights have been violated. We are deprived even of the basic facilities granted to ordinary prisoners. My books are withheld, and in eight months I was allowed to speak to my children only once. The judges in my cases hold no authority; they cannot conduct the trials independently. Their decisions are dictated by a Colonel, who merely executes the orders of Asim Munir.
I instruct my entire party to remain united. This oppressive system cannot endure for long. It is essential that all of you retweet posts from my account, in a clear message of unity and alignment.
A grand public rally must be announced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where participants from across the country can stand together against the darkness that engulfs us.

کامن ویلتھ کی 8 فروری کے الیکشن پر جو رپورٹ لیک ہوئی ہے اس نے بھی انتخابی دھاندلی کا پول کھول دیا ہے کہ کیسے بےشرمی اور ڈھٹائی سے ہمارا مینڈیٹ چوری کیا گیا۔
کامن ویلتھ کے مطابق یہ رپورٹ پہلے ہی سرکاری سطح پر حکومت پاکستان کو دے دی گئی تھی مگر یہاں سکندر سلطان راجہ جیسے بے ضمیر لوگ ہیں جنھوں نے انتخابی چوری کی سہولت کاری سمیت اس پر پردہ ڈالنے میں بھی بھرپور کردار ادا کیا- پاکستان میں ووٹ چوری کا قانون سخت ہے اور ایسا کرنے پر آرٹیکل 6 کا نفاذ ہوتا ہے- لیکن ملک میں اس وقت عاصم لا کے سوا سب قانون ختم ہو چکے ہیں۔
یہاں پر لیاقت چٹھہ جیسے لوگ قابل تحسین ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے عہدے پر ضمیر کی آواز کو ترجیح دی۔ اس چوری کے بعد عوام کا قتل عام کیا گیا اور چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کی گئی۔ اس ترمیم کے خلاف بھی جن ججز نے آواز بلند کی وہ تعریف کے قابل ہیں۔
دھاندلی پر قائم حکومت کو قانونی طور پر قبول کرنے کا وقت اب ختم ہو چکا ہے۔ اسی لیے سینیٹ اور پارلیمانی کمیٹیوں سے استعفے دئیے گئے ہیں۔
اپنے ارکان پارلیمنٹ کو پیغام دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ ملک میں نافذ عاصم لاء سے بالکل نہ گھبرائیں نہ ہی جیل سے گھبرائیں۔ایک فرد واحد اپنے اقتدار کی ہوس کو پورا کرنے کی خاطر آپ کو دبانا چاہتا ہے۔ آپ جتنا ان سے ڈریں گے یہ اتنا ہی آپ کو دبائیں گے۔ آپ حق پر ہیں اور حق اور سچ انسان کو بہادر بناتا ہے، اور حق کی ہی فتح ہوتی ہے
افغانوں اور قبائلی عوام کے ساتھ بھی نو مئی کی طرز پر ہی ایک فالس فلیگ رچایا جا رہا ہے۔ جب سے عاصم منیر کو چارج ملا ہے افغانستان کے ساتھ تعلقات جان بوجھ کر بگاڑے جا رہے ہیں اور انہیں مسلسل پاکستان سے جنگ شروع کرنے پر اکسایا جا رہا ہے، تاکہ موجودہ افغان حکومت کی مخالف لابی کو خوش کیا جائے اور مغرب کے سامنے ایک “نجات دہندہ” بننے کی کوشش کی جائے-
سب سے پہلے افغان حکومت کو سنگین دھمکیاں دی گئیں، پھر مذہبی، اخلاقی اور پناہ گزینوں کے عالمی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے تین نسلوں سے پاکستان میں مقیم افغان بھائیوں کو دھکے دے کر ملک سے نکالا گیا، اس کے بعد افغانستان کی سرزمین پر حملے کیے گئے اور اب یہ کہہ کر کہ “دہشت گرد آ گئے ہیں” قبائلی علاقوں میں آپریشن لانچ کر دئیے گئے۔
ان پالیسیوں کی وجہ سے ہر جانب ہمارے ہی لوگ شہید ہو رہے ہیں- پولیس اہلکار، فوجی اور عام بے گناہ لوگ جو شہید ہو رہے ہیں سب ہمارے اپنے ہیں۔ اس طرز عمل سے کبھی امن قائم نہیں ہوتا، پائیدار امن ہمیشہ بات چیت سے قائم ہوتا ہے۔
اب افغانستان اور قبائلی علاقوں میں امن کے قیام کے لیے تین فریقوں کو ساتھ لے کر چلنا ناگزیر ہو گیا ہے۔ سب سے پہلے پاکستان کے قبائلی علاقوں کی عوام، دوسری افغان حکومت، اور تیسری افغانستان کی عوام- ان تین فریقین کی مدد کے بغیر کوئی کامیاب آپریشن یا پائیدار حل نہیں ہو سکتا۔
خیبر پختونخوا میں جو کچھ کرنے کی کوشش ہے وہ صرف تحریک انصاف کی حکومت کو غیر مقبول کرنے کے لیے ہے۔ ملٹری آپریشن سے دہشتگردی مزید بڑہے گی اور جب پولیس اسی بڑھتی ہوئی دہشتگردی کو کنٹرول کرنے میں لگے گی تو گورننس اور امن و امان کا بیڑا غرق ہو جائے گا- ایسی ہی پالیسی اے این پی کی حکومت کے دور میں بھی اپنائی گئی تھی۔
خیبر پختونخوا کے تمام ایم پی ایز، ایم این ایز اور سینیٹرز وزیراعلی کے ساتھ بیٹھ کر وہاں کے مسائل کا جلد سے جلد حل نکالیں۔ خصوصی طور پر جن علاقوں میں سیلاب آیا ہے وہاں امن قائم رکھنے کے لیے خصوصی اقدامات کیے جائیں۔
ہمارے اتحادی محمود خان اچکزئی کی قیادت میں ایک امن وفد لے کر افغانستان جائیں اور وہاں بات چیت سے مسائل کا حل تلاش کریں”
اڈیالہ میں میرا نام نہاد ٹرائل کوئی جج نہیں ایک آئی ایس آئی کا کرنل چلوا رہا ہے، جو آرمی چیف عاصم منیر سے ہدایات لیتا ہے۔ یہ سول نہیں ملٹری ٹرائل ہے۔
پاکستان میں اس وقت جو بھی ہو رہا ہے عاصم لاء کے تحت ہو رہا ہے اور مسلسل آئین و قانون کی دھجیاں اڑائی جا رہی ہیں۔ مجھ پر تین سو سے زائد بے بنیاد مقدمات درج کیے گئے جن کا میں سامنا کر رہا ہوں اور کوئی ڈیل کیے بغیر عدالتوں سے انصاف لے کر ہی باہر آؤں گا۔ ہماری جماعت پر ہر طرح کا ظلم ڈھایا گیا۔ اگر میرٹ پر فیصلہ کیا جائے تو میں اور میری اہلیہ آج ہی رہا ہو جائیں۔ میرے اور میری اہلیہ بشرٰی بیگم کے تمام انسانی حقوق پامال ہیں۔ ہمیں عام قیدی والی سہولیات سے بھی محروم رکھا گیا ہے، میری کتابیں تک روک لی جاتی ہیں آٹھ ماہ میں صرف ایک بار میری بچوں سے بات کروائی گئی۔ ججوں کی میرے مقدمات میں کوئی حیثیت نہیں نہ میرے مقدمات کا ٹرائل جج آزادانہ طور پر کر سکتے ہیں بلکہ ایک کرنل جو کہتا ہے وہی فیصلہ کرتے ہیں۔ وہ کرنل عاصم منیر کے احکامات پر چلتا ہے۔
میں اپنی تمام پارٹی کو کہتا ہوں کہ آپ سب متحد رہیں ظلم کا نظام زیادہ دیر قائم نہیں رہے گا۔ آپ سب کے لیے لازم ہے کہ میری ٹویٹ کو ری ٹویٹ کریں تاکہ میرے پیغام پر اتحاد قائم رہے۔
خیبرپختونخوا میں ایک گرینڈ جلسے کا اعلان کیا جائے جس میں پورے ملک سے لوگ شریک ہوں اور اس سیاہ رات کے خلاف کھڑے ہوں
