A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.
A petition was filed in Lahore High Court against contempt of election commission case and jail trial proceedings.
Today, 126 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan faces imprisonment as he has been relentlessly kept away from the public for 126 days, surpassing constitutional and legal limits. Various cases, including those by Cipher and NAB, have led to a jail trial decision, even in the seemingly absurd contempt case by the Election Commission. Imran Khan's lawyers have challenged this decision in the Lahore High Court, asserting that the Election Commission is initiating illegal proceedings and lacks the authority of a court. The decision to conduct a jail trial is deemed unconstitutional, violating Article 4. The Lahore High Court is urged to overturn the Election Commission's choice to hold a trial in jail, scheduled for December 13.
Every strategy against Imran Khan has failed. So now, his family members are being targeted.
Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "NAB has again sent a notice to the former first lady that she should report to NAB. The same questions are asked every time. Every question has been answered. Every document has been provided. But she received a notice again. The goal is to break them, which is impossible".
When will the Chief Justice hear the case of the two-time foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi?
Bail is the most important issue after arrest, and the courts do not delay such applications. But Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi filed a bail application on November 20 in the Supreme Court, the highest court of the country. But almost three weeks are about to be completed, and the application has not been scheduled for a hearing. When will honorable Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, who says that he is fully aware of his constitutional responsibilities, provide justice in this case?
Despite all the fascism, the brave people of Bajaur made Imran Khan proud.
A historic worker's convention was held in Bajaur today. But before this convention, the police crossed every limit of fascism. First, police tried to kidnap lawyer leader Sher Afzal Marwat. Then, the roads of Bajaur were blocked. And some roads were dug to create trenches. Houses of workers and former MNAs were attacked. Despite all this fascism, the people of Bajaur today participated in the worker's convention in historic numbers and raised the head of their jailed leader with pride. Neither Imran Khan is accepting any deal for the sake of his nation, nor his nation is disappointing him. Khan and his people are strongly connected.
Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Bibi’s case, about requesting the details of her cases, and inquiries, is set for hearing.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry will hold a hearing on December 11. Bushra Bibi has approached the High Court to get the details of the listed cases. It has been stated in the petition that "Cases are filed after Imran Khan was removed from the post of Prime Minister. The details of the cases registered against me and the investigations underway are not provided."
The Supreme Court's decision opposing military courts remains unimplemented, but an intra-court appeal is set for a hearing.
Civilian cases cannot be heard in military courts. A six-member bench will hear intra-court appeals against this decision. The lawyers raised questions against this decision saying, "The surprising thing is that the honorable Supreme Court ordered that there cannot be a joint trial of civilians, then why the civilians who are with the military have not returned? Sir, do you not see the constitutional responsibility? So far, those people have not returned, and the hearing on the petition against the decision has already been fixed".
State fascism continues against Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders.
Today, Mardan Police reached Chitral after 14 hours from Jail to arrest former Member of the National Assembly Junaid Akbar Khan in another fake case. Despite all this cruelty, Junaid Akbar is calm and has stood firm with his leader, Imran Khan. All the leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have condemned the treatment against Junaid Akbar Khan and demanded the Chief Justice to take notice.
Despite the Balochistan High Court's order, the Tehreek-e-Insaf office was sealed.
PTI offices nationwide are being closed without legal justification, including sealing the central Lahore office and, more recently, the Central office in Balochistan, a clear violation of the High Court's orders. Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa has remained conspicuously silent on the blatant contempt of subordinate courts.
PTI urges the Election Commission to promptly issue the symbol of the "Bat."
A spokesperson for Tehreek-e-Insaf has expressed concern, stating, "Tehreek-e-Insaf is facing severe state repression and evident political manipulation ahead of the elections. Unconstitutional, illegal, and undemocratic methods have been repeatedly employed to sideline the party's founder, Imran Khan, and his political entity from the electoral process." Strongly emphasizing that the Commission lacks legal authority to halt the "bat" symbol, it is emphasized that such an action has no historical precedent. The forceful attempt to seize the bat symbol is deemed a disgraceful endeavor to strip millions of Pakistanis of their constitutional rights, democratic principles, transparent elections, and political identity.
Maryam and Bilawal failed to gather people despite state protocol.
Despite the state fascism in the Workers Convention of Tehreek-e-Insaf, the people came out in huge numbers. Meanwhile, Maryam Safdar, the daughter of Super favorite Nawaz Sharif, and another No so Ladla Bilawal give people incentives for attending their jalsas. Despite the state protocol, people are refusing to come. Even today, the venues of Maryam and Bilawal's jalsa’s remained almost empty. It proves that the people's beloved leader is only Imran Khan, and they have rejected imposed thieves and robbers.
Tehreek-e-Insaf leader abducted after the historic success of the Bajaur Jalsa.
After the historic gathering of the people in Bajaur, the police, who raided last night, were completely out of control. First, they tried to kidnap Sher Afzal Marwat, but the workers rescued him once again. Then, former MNA Anwar Zeb Khan was arrested by the police. Anwar Zeb Khan was dragged on the streets and put in a prison car. This fascism of the police is an open insult to the court. When will the courts wake up?
