4th December 2023 News Headlines

A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

"Tell my nation, I will never betray them." Imran Khan.

Today, 121 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan met and talked to media representatives for the first time after 121 days.

Imran Khan said in a conversation with media representatives. "I don't care. Convey my message to the nation that your captain is ready to fight till his last breath. No one met me or talked to me. May 9 was part of the London Plan. I can swear on it. And I am ready to put my hand on the Qur'an. I saw Bushra on the day I got married to her. I am making it clear today that PTI will win the election. Considering the circumstances, they might opt out of the election. The growth of six percent has declined to zero now. They think people are crazy, they don't know who is behind all this. I will make General Bajwa and the officials of the US Embassy as witnesses. General Bajwa did everything at the request of Donald Lu. I will call General Bajwa to the court. I thank some political leaders for leaving PTI. Go and tell my nation that Imran Khan will not be disloyal to you." Imran Khan made this conversation during the hearing of the cipher case, the further hearing of which has been postponed till December 12.

Hearing on bail application in Al-Qadir Trust case adjourned till December 6.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Intizar Hussain Panjutha, tweeted, "The hearing took place in jail on Imran Khan's bail application in the Al-Qadir Trust case, which got delayed till December 6. Khan was pleased to meet media representatives today, and for the first time after his arrest, he was in a pleasant mood to meet and talk with journalists. On the ten volumes attached with the NAB reference, Khan Sahab said it was in London plan that a fabricated case was concocted against me to cover the story of Nawaz Sharif's real corruption. But the public knows that attempts to prove me corrupt will fail".

Immediate illegal relief for Nawaz Sharif and Judges are not available to hear Imran Khan's cases.

Today, a Lahore High Court hearing was scheduled for Chairman Imran Khan's appeals regarding bail in the alleged false cases from May 9. However, moments before, it was declared that the cause list had been cancelled, leading to the postponement of the hearing. These courts seem to grant bail to a fugitive without his surrender. Ironically, the same courts exhibit reluctance to hear the case of the nation's most prominent leader.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi is also standing firm with his captain.

Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Shah Mehmood Qureshi also spoke to the media representatives on the occasion of the jail hearing of the cipher case. He said in the conversation, "I don't need any position. I was with Khan yesterday, and I am still today. The people who love Imran Khan، the rule of law and are ideological should go out and vote." Shah Mehmood Qureshi is serving the punishment for delivering the cipher conspiracy to Imran Khan on time.

Dr. Yasmeen Rashid prepared a strategy to contest elections from jail.

Dr. Yasmin Rashid handed over the responsibilities to Secretary Legal Affairs Tehreek-e-Insaf Rana Mudassar for the upcoming elections. Rana Mudassar told the media, "Dr. Yasmin Rashid has directed us to collect the records of all the cases against her. Records are collected for submission of nomination papers. All tax returns and related documents are collected.

Her nomination papers will be submitted from the constituencies from which Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif took nomination papers. If Yasmin Rashid is not released, she will participate in the election from inside the jail."

State fascism against Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders has reached new limits.

Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Atif Khan said while talking about the latest example of fascism, "There was a case on May 9 against Asad Qaiser and former MPs from Mardan, including myself, for vandalizing pots, that too worth lakhs of rupees. After seven months, how did they remember now that the pots were broken? This is the extreme of fascism." The only fault of all these leaders and workers is to support Imran Khan.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf responded to Federal Information Minister Murtaza Solangi's statement on the intra-party election.

Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson said, "The Caretaker Information Minister's questioning of PTI intra-party elections confirms his biased and partisan character.

The only constitutional responsibility of the caretaker government is to conduct fair and transparent elections, which the current setup has failed and has become an "unconstitutional" and "illegal" caretaker government. Murtaza Solangi, instead of teaching Tehreek-e-Insaf about democracy, must look up the duties assigned to the caretaker government in the constitution and try to implement them.

PMLN’s Javed Hashmi, exposed his own party.

Javed Hashmi gave an interview to a private TV channel and said, "The most popular party in the country is PTI. They want to force Nawaz Sharif on the nation while the popular vote is currently with Tehreek-e-Insaf. People have made Imran Khan the apple of their eye, and 80% of the people support him.

On the other hand, the Nawaz league is not even allowed to distribute tickets, and the list will go somewhere else first for approval. Our effort was to make the Muslim League a democratic party, but ever since its creation, the N-League has been supporting dictators. It is not the era of the N-league."

Sanam Javed was detained despite bail in five cases.

After getting bail in the fifth case yesterday, Sanam Javed has been remanded under MPO for 30 days. Sanam Javed's detention orders have been issued under the MPO. The lawyer of the Punjab government also informed the Lahore High Court. Justice Ali Baqer Najafi's directive to Sanam Javed's lawyer to challenge the detention, the hearing will resume tomorrow.

When will Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa take notice of such fascism against the daughters of the nation under his constitutional obligations?

Unconstitutional Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has given a free hand to the Punjab Police.

The Punjab Police is filing cases against numerous motorcycle riders under the pretext of license violations. However, the current predicament reveals a malfunctioning license issuance system, with the online application for e-License now closed. FIRs for license checks are becoming widespread. The failure to implement the law properly seems aimed at extracting daily bribes from the public.

Continuous increase in revolving loans despite the rise in electricity prices.

Even after the historic increase in electricity prices, the revolving credit of the power sector continues to increase rapidly. As of October, the outstanding debt within the power sector has reached 2,611 billion rupees. In October alone, the circular debt increased by 74 billion rupees, and from July to October, the power sector's circular debt increased by 301 billion rupees.

The PDM and caretaker governments have trapped the country in such a quagmire from which it is becoming impossible to get out, day by day.

Despite the ongoing decline in global oil prices, Pakistan did not receive any relief.

There has been a trend of continuous reduction in oil prices in the world market for the last two weeks. However, the unconstitutional caretaker government is not decreasing it in Pakistan. Will they reduce the price only when Nawaz Sharif has to make a statement? On the arrival of Nawaz Sharif, prices declined to facilitate him and to make a political narrative.
