3rd December 2023 News Headlines

A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

120 days have passed since Imran Khan was kept in prison illegally.

Today, 120 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. To break Imran Khan, he was first kept in the toughest jail in Attock, then he was transferred to Adiala jail and subjected to mental torture. But Imran Khan reversed all the tactics of his opponent. Those trying to put Imran Khan under pressure are themselves coming under pressure. That is why Imran Khan has been illegally imprisoned in the name of sometimes Tosha Khana, sometimes Cipher and now in the name of Al-Qadir Trust Case. Imran Khan refuses to make any deal and is ready to stay in prison for a thousand years for the sake of the true freedom of the nation. But he will never trade his conscience.

Journalists witnessed that the Jail hearing of the cipher case was a complete fraud.

Journalist Saqib Bashir gave information about the jail trial of the cipher case in his tweet, "I did not understand one thing about the order of today's jail hearing of the cipher case. It was written that "Public, media and other people" were present during the hearing process. Who were the public and other people? No one knows. And about the media, when our three friends, President of Islamabad High Court Journalists Association Rizwan Qazi, Yasir Hakeem from Sama TV and Babar Malik from ARY given permission, an hour of the hearing was over, and the next date was set for the prosecutor's jail court. When the Judge met these friends on the way, he came back to the court, then asked Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi to speak. They spoke and it was reported. International media BBC, Voice of America, and Independent Urdu, and the rest of the reporters from Pakistan's mainstream media were denied entry after waiting for four hours".

If the Chief Justice is cognizant of his constitutional duties, why are the nation's daughters held in custody for seven months?

Yesterday, Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa's office issued a press release instead of taking some action on Chairman Imran Khan's letter. "No one can put pressure on the Chief Justice. He is aware of the constitutional responsibilities".

Can the nation respectfully dare to ask the Chief Justice, if you are aware of your constitutional responsibilities,

  • Why are the daughters of the nation imprisoned for seven months?
  • Why is there no release despite getting bail?
  • Why open contempt of court orders?
  • Why are caretaker governments established despite their term ended?
  • Why was no action taken against the Election Commission for not conducting the election on time?

The dynastic political parties who are trying to turn Pakistan into a monarchy also complaining about the Tehreek-e-Insaf intra-party election.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted while replying to the propagandists on the intra-party election of Tehreek-e-Insaf. "When the N-League conducted the intra-party Election, Dawn News wrote a day ago that the election might be held tomorrow. They did not release the schedule, and Shehbaz, Maryam and Ishaq Dar were elected uncontested. These elections were conducted very late and suddenly after repeated instructions from the Election Commission. PPP conducted elections in the same way and elected office bearers. Today, both parties are criticizing PTI. Meanwhile PTI gave the election schedule, announced the venue, and did open election. PTI fulfilled all the requirements according to the constitution. So please pay attention to your own election. And if you have courage, go in the public for vote".

Tehreek-e-Insaf's successful worker's convention continues in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf today organized a worker's convention in Bajaur Agency and Lower Dir. A large number of people participated in both areas and raised slogans in favour of Imran Khan. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have broken all the idols of fear by holding a worker's convention despite the brutality of the police in the entire province for the past two weeks.

Sanam Javed's letter from jail.

Sanam Javed has been illegally imprisoned for the past seven months. Sanam Javed has written an important letter questioning the performance of the IG Punjab from the jail, in which she asked, "Where was the IG Punjab on May 9, who was seen everywhere, sometimes in the middle of the night and at times during the day, to get his photoshoot done? When people walked for two and a half hours and reached the 'house with expensive things' in the heat, was the Punjab police not informed? It was your responsibility, IG Punjab, to protect the city, so why aren't you in jail and punished? Instead of asking us for press conference, demand the resignation of the IG Punjab Police".

A new case has been lodged against Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders for organizing worker's conventions in Swabi and Mardan.

The authorities have become frightened by the successful worker's convention in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They were unable to stop the conventions, so they conducted raids, invaded the privacy of homes, and even kidnapped special needs children. But when the people come out in record numbers despite this fascism, then after the convention, bogus cases are filed against the organizers. The same approach was seen yesterday after the worker's convention of Swabi and Mardan. The Peshawar High Court has ordered that the Tehreek-e-Insaf has complete freedom of assembly, procession, rally, and convention. Despite this, the police are breaking all the records of fascism.

The efforts of PML-N to rig the elections in Punjab have intensified.

The PML gave NRO to the bureaucracy before the elections. Illegal Caretaker Governor Baligh-ur-Rehman issued the ordinance. Despite evidence of corruption among government employees, the "anti-corruption establishment" requires authorization from higher officials to initiate cases against them. This process is seen as pre-poll rigging before the election, with the Election Commission seemingly inactive.
