30th November 2023 News Headlines

A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.

Justice Aamer Farooq, who aquitted Nawaz Sharif in a major corruption case within seconds, reserved the verdict in another fake case of Imran Khan.

Today, 117 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Nothing has been proved against Imran Khan, so far. But Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Aamer Farooq misused his chair and gave his judicial cover to every illegal act against Imran Khan. The proven criminal of the major corruption case was set free in a few minutes on bail and set free in two hearings.  Another example of Justice Aamer Farooq's prejudice against Imran Khan came out today in the Tosha Khana case. He did not give any legal relief despite the remarkable arguments of lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa. Contrary to the request for immediate justice, the decision was reserved again.

Imran Khan filed a bail application against arrest in the Al-Qadir Trust case.

Chairman Imran Khan was arrested in the Tosha Khana, Cipher and then in the Al Qadir Trust case. Tosha Khana and Cipher Case have lost their status legally, but he was arrested in the fake case of Al-Qadir Trust to prevent his release. Against which Imran Khan's lawyers have filed a bail application today after his previous physical remand ended. The court issued a notice to NAB and fixed the hearing on December 4.

Chairman Imran Khan's writes a letter to Chief Justice Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa.

In the letter, Imran Khan demanded the Chief Justice to protect the fundamental rights of the citizens under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution and said that the people associated with Tehreek-e-Insaf are being subjected to political revenge and forced disappearances. Imran Khan demanded the Chief Justice set up a commission on forced disappearances of politicians and said that the arrests of politicians/women workers should be stopped despite bail from the courts. The Election Commission along with the federal and provincial governments should be ordered to allow PTI candidates to campaign.

It is proposed to hold a trial for a seemingly frivolous case involving the alleged insult of the Election Commission within a prison setting.

The contempt case against Chairman Imran Khan was heard in the Election Commission today, in which Imran Khan's lawyer, Shoaib Shaheen, represented him. Instead of complying with the order to present Imran Khan before the Election Commission, the Ministry of Interior suggested a jail trial. On which the Election Commission member said, we will review this proposal. Lawyer Shoaib Shaheen argued, "They deliberately do not want to bring Chairman PTI . If you cannot provide security to one person, how will you provide security in the election?" Further hearing of this case adjourned till December 6.

Another record of fascism set under a fascist regime in Pakistan. Tehreek-e-Insaf leader's special needs child kidnapped.

The police attacked the house of Gul Zafar Khan, former Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA from Bajaur last night. Gul Zafar Khan was not at home. Instead, his special needs child was abducted by the police. The police left the child on the side of the road and ran away after the people of the area and the provincial president of Tehreek-e-Insaf Khyber Pakhtunkhwa threatened to protest. According to Gul Zafar Khan, "My house has been completely besieged. They want to hold a press conference with Zakariya, but unfortunately, my child cannot speak. Such an example of fascism has not been found anywhere in recent history. When will Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa take notice?"

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf will run in the election with the symbol of "bat".

Today, the Central President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi, presented in court. Speaking to the media, Parvaiz Elahi said, "Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif should be ready to give an account of their deeds in the public court. Shahbaz Sharif, the emperor of inflation, will see the public stance in the election. We will enter the election field with the symbol of the "bat". Each seat will have a candidate,"

Even the Peshawar High Court spoke about the fascism of the caretaker government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In the case of the arrested ex-MNA of PTI, the Peshawar High Court expressed its anger on the caretaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government. The court remarked, "If the court gives bail, and later you arrest them again, so where is the credibility of the court? You people have cheated in the Supreme Court. The same court had earlier also ordered that if bail is granted in one case, the person should not be arrested in another case". While adjourning the hearing of the case, the court sought the details of all the cases against the former Member of Assembly Mujahid Ali Khan.

Hearing on petition filed against Khadijah Shah's detention.

The Lahore High Court conducted proceedings on the Khadijah Shah case, with the government lawyer requesting additional time for discussions among cabinet members. The court questioned the rationale behind Khadijah Shah's re-arrest after being released in two cases and inquired about her access to family members. The lawyer revealed that she wasn't even permitted to see her 5-year-old daughter. In response, the court instructed the public prosecutor to schedule a meeting for today. The case's further hearing is postponed until December 4.

An important meeting of the core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf took place today.

The core committee is satisfied with the preparation of intra-party elections. They congratulated Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on his nomination as interim chairman by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan. The false, fabricated, and conspiratorial narrative of founder chairman Imran Khan's family being dragged into unnecessary politics and interfering in party affairs or influencing decision-making has died. The nomination of a hard-working, eloquent, and capable worker of the party on a very important post in very unusual circumstances is an unprecedented practical example of the vision of the founder chairman regarding the party. Core committee also congratulated Niazullah Niazi on his appointment as Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
