Peak of shallowness! The indictment date in the Iddat case against Imran Khan has been set.

Today, 150 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former prime minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan has set a new record of bravery and perseverance in these 150 days. Due to his courage, his opponents are sinking deeper into oppression with each passing day. They again touched a new low as the Judicial Magistrate Qudratullah announced to indict Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on January 10 in the fake marriage case. The court fixed the date of January 10 after distributing the copies in the jail hearing today. No precedent for such a case exists in Islamic history. Imran Khan is standing strong despite all these conspiracies.

Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's bail application hearing adjourned.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "Session Court of Islamabad adjourned hearing of six bail cases of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till January 16."

All these cases against Imran Khan and his wife are being conducted just for political revenge.

The Peshawar High Court has deferred its decision on the Election Commission's petition to annul the ballot.

A hearing on the intra-court appeal of the Election Commission was held in the Peshawar High Court today. The Peshawar High Court reserved its decision on the Election Commission's petition against suspending the decision to declare the PTI intra-party election null and void. The Election Commission has requested the court to withdraw the suspension decision. The court has also summoned the parties for arguments on January 9.

Qazi Faez Isa considered Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah ineligible to qualify Nawaz Sharif.

The Supreme Court today heard the case of Nawaz Sharif's disqualification for life. Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa remarked during the hearing, "Under Article 62 (1) F, if the Quaid-e-Azam was alive, he would have been disqualified." On the other hand, the Attorney General also advocated for Nawaz Sharif and requested to end his lifelong disqualification. The court postponed the hearing and specified that the decision should be made on Thursday.

During the hearing of the missing persons case, the Chief Justice consistently admonished the victims.

A session was held in the Supreme Court on the petition of Aitzaz Ahsan and other prominent lawyers. Tehreek-e-Insaf lawyer Shoaib Sheikh also appeared in court. The court was told about the disappearance of various political leaders and renowned journalist Imran Riaz Khan. Qazi Faez Isa said, "Who is Imran Riaz?" On the forced disappearance of Usman Dar and Sadaqat Abbasi, the Chief Justice said, "Now, we should ask them to join Tehreek-e-Insaf?" On Sheikh Rashid's kidnapping, Qazi Faez Isa said, "Will you consider Sheikh Rashid among the innocent people?"

Instead of ordering an investigation to provide justice to the victims, the Chief Justice scolded the victims and referred to an English proverb, "If you can't stand the heat, don't go to the kitchen." Such behaviour on the part of the highest court in the country is Extremely disheartening.

Murad Saeed's in-law's house was attacked by police once again.

Murad Saeed's father-in-law's residence in Peshawar was once again raided by unidentified individuals, with his elderly mother-in-law enduring abuse. Furthermore, the homeowner received threats to vacate the premises. The country seems to be witnessing a disregard for ethics, yet the lack of respect remains unnoticed by authorities.

Sindh High Court's Significant remarks in Haleem Adil Shaikh case.

The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sindh, Haleem Adil Sheikh, has been illegally imprisoned for several months. A hearing was held in the Sindh High Court on his application today. The court remarked, "Haleem Adil Sheikh is a citizen of Pakistan and has fundamental rights. The Sindh Police is not implementing the law as it should. How he was initially apprehended and subsequently re-arrested is unusual. He secures bail and is re-arrested by the police from outside the prison.

"If anything happens to my son, I will sue IG Punjab", mother of Umar Dar.

Umar Dar was abducted a few days ago from a well-known hotel in Lahore, against which his mother and daughter have filed a petition in the Lahore High Court.

Speaking to the media after hearing the petition today, mother of Umar Dar said, "If anything happens to my son Umar Dar, I will file an FIR against IG Punjab. My son has been forcibly disappeared from the public place in broad daylight. Fear the grip of Allah."

Sanam Javed was again transferred to jail on remand in a new case.

Ever since Sanam Javed announced to contest elections against Maryam Nawaz, new cases are being filed against her. Even today, Sanam Javed has been sent to jail on judicial remand in the illegal case of burning the office of PMLN. Due to the fear of Sanam Javed's popularity, her nomination papers were also rejected.

Decision reserved on Murad Saeed's bail application.

Peshawar High Court reserved its decision on the interim bail of Murad Saeed, seeking details of the cases from the government within a week. Murad Saeed's father applied to the Peshawar High Court yesterday.

The Election Commission has released the new schedule for the Kohat election.

Before the Supreme Court's formal order, the Election Commission is actively taking measures. The Election Commission has issued a revised timetable for the elections in Kohat PK 91.

The country is currently experiencing severe electricity and gas load shedding.

Gas load shedding is escalating, and a power crisis has also emerged. The duration of gas and electricity load shedding has extended up to 12 hours in various cities across the country. In addition to the load shedding, the prices of gas and electricity are steadily increasing.
