In the freedom movement, being in jail as a form of worship. Imran Khan

Chairman Imran Khan while talking to journalists in Adiala Jail today said, "If the cipher didn't contain anything wrong, why was a demarche issued? Does anyone demarche America? Why was the cipher called interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan in the National Security Committee meeting? A parliamentary committee was formed on the cipher issue, and it ended under whose threat? We also requested the Chief Justice to conduct an inquiry into the cipher issue. No country has been demarched during our 3-and-a-half-year tenure. After the cipher, our members began to defect. Shah Mehmood Qureshi stumbled upon this cipher, intended for General Bajwa. Every effort was made to suppress the cipher because it exposed Donald Lu. What can be a bigger conspiracy that the government was brought down in 2 weeks? On what Donald Lou said, Pakistani Ambassador Asad Majeed recommended issuing a demarche in an official meeting. A demarche was issued on the ambassador's recommendation, and it is claimed that there was no conspiracy. In October 2021, Bajwa hired Hussain Haqqani; we didn't even know about it. Hussain Haqqani was given 35 thousand dollars. Hussain Haqqani tweeted that Imran is against America while General Bajwa is in favor of America. There has never been such a cipher in the history of Pakistan. This is the freedom movement. They want to enslave us. In the freedom movement, I consider being in jail as worship. No one attends PML-N jalsa. All their campaigns are over, and we are not being allowed to campaign."

Imran Khan has filed a bail request in NAB cases with the High Court.

Chairman Imran Khan filed separate applications for bail in the Tosha Khana and 190 million pounds cases in the Islamabad High Court. Bail should be provided until the case undergoes a full trial and receives a final verdict."

Hearing on petitions against the jail trial of Imran Khan in NAB references took place in Islamabad High Court.

NAB's letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice was presented in court. The Attorney General contended that NAB had filed a reference on December 2, while Shoaib Shaheen clarified that one reference was submitted on December 4 and the other on December 20.

Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court inquired, "Was the jail trial allowed before the reference was filed?" Lawyer Shoaib Shaheen argued that he had presumed there would be a trial even before the reference was officially filed, considering the possibility of dropping the reference after an inquiry.

Chief Justice Aamer Farooq questioned, "Did the federal government authorize the jail trial before the references were filed? The notification is for the trial to be conducted in jail, and the reference had not been submitted yet, so how did you know it was to be filed?" In response, the Attorney General admitted that the language in the trial authorization could be a mistake.
