Tosha Khana Part Two is being run in the name of a cipher case in Adiala Jail.

Today, 140 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. In the same manner, as Judge Humayun Dilawar conducted the Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan, Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat of the Special Court is conducting the trial of the cipher case in Adiala Jail. Lawyers of Chairman Imran Khan told the media today that "this is how these courts are being run that at night we get a call saying that your cipher case has been registered. When we were to appear in court tomorrow, the judge brought 22 witnesses along with him."

The Supreme Court, in its decision yesterday, declared the order to complete the trial in 4 weeks as illegal, yet why is Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat Humayun conducting the case in a rush?

Imran Khan has submitted a petition to the Supreme Court to remove his disqualification in the Tosha Khana case.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Intizar Hussain Panjutha, tweeted, "Alhamdulillah, a petition has been submitted regarding the eligibility of Imran Khan. To thwart the same petition, there was an attempt to abduct our clerk, Usman. They confiscated a copy of the petition and his mobile phone. However, thanks to our preparedness, we are managing to file Imran Khan's cases on schedule.

Imran Khan also submitted nomination papers from Lahore.

Nomination papers for the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, for the National Assembly seat (NA-122) were submitted in Lahore. Imran Khan's lawyer, Rai Muhammad Ali, who faced an attempted kidnapping in Adiala Jail, submitted the nomination papers on his behalf.

A case will be filed in America against the regime change operation in Pakistan. Aleema Khan.

Chairman Imran Khan's sister Aleema Khan, while talking to the media after the hearing in Adiala Jail today, said, "Be sure there will be a case filed in America. There is no doubt and no obstacles, the case is not for the release of Imran Khan, it will be filed on what happened in Pakistan. I cannot give more details."

Press release of Tehreek-e-Insaf Response on the Election Commission's decision regarding intra-party elections of Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rejected the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan as very flawed, illegal, biased and an attack on the transparency of elections. The spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf said, "The Election Commission of Pakistan has tried to destroy the constitution, democracy and transparency of elections in the country through its decision. The Election Commission's decision is part of the London Plan. Tehreek-e-Insaf will fight the election on the election symbol of the "bat" and will achieve historic success, Insha'Allah.”

A petition challenging the hindrance in the submission of nomination papers is under consideration in the Lahore High Court.

The Lahore High Court is currently hearing petitions related to the non-submission of nomination papers. During the proceedings, the court questioned, "Why are the nomination papers of PTI candidates not being accepted?" Justice Ali Baqir Najafi commented, "The Election Commission must take measures to ensure fair and transparent elections. Time is limited, and it is crucial to adhere to court directives. The court supports you, but the responsibility for implementation lies with you. If the Election Commission is unwilling to fulfill its duties, that's a separate issue. The Supreme Court's orders are explicit, and all administrations fall under the jurisdiction of the Election Commission. The complaints raised are significant."

Despite the orders of the Supreme Court and the High Court, fascism continues against Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates.

Tehreek-e-Insaf Lahore is facing significant challenges in the submission of its papers. Returning officers, police, and unidentified individuals are causing various issues for Tehreek-e-Insaf.

  • Two days ago, Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Punjab President Akmal Bari was abducted while submitting papers.
  • President Central Punjab Hamad Azhar’s nomination papers are not being accepted in compliance with the orders of the Returning Officer "Above.
  • The lawyer of President Insaf Youth Wing Lahore was abducted before submitting the papers.
  • The District Returning Officer refuses to collect the papers of Mian Mehmood-ul-Rashid.
  • Yesterday, the police snatched the papers from the 83-year-old husband of Dr. Yasmeen Rashid and ran away.
  • Police abused, pushed and tried to harass President Lahore High Court Bar Association Advocate Aamir Jalil when he submitted his papers.
  • Nomination papers were also taken away from Hafiz Farhat's lawyers

Bar association announces strike against arrests of lawyers in Gujarat.

A substantial number of Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates and their legal representatives have been arrested in Gujarat, leading the Bar Association to declare a strike. The lawyer who presented Moonis Elahi's nomination papers was also abducted. The returning officer persistently declines to accept the papers of Salim Sarwar Jauda, the district president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Gujarat, and his son Salman Sarwar for three consecutive days.

The Election Commission has crossed all limits of pre-poll rigging for PML-N.

Fascism against the candidates of Tehreek-e-Insaf is going on across the country. The Supreme Court and the High Court have also ordered the Election Commission to remove the complaint. But the Election Commission is facilitating fascism. The Election Commission refused to help the PTI leader whose nomination papers were confiscated saying, "Today is a day off. We will see it later."

Pervaiz Elahi's health deteriorated in prison, shifted to the hospital.

Former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was shifted to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology due to heart trouble. He was complaining of pain in his chest since last night and was also medically examined in the prison hospital. Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was transferred to RIC. He has been diagnosed with chest infection.

Trader’s protest against the increase in gas prices.

Business owners are expressing outcry over the staggering 137% hike in Sui gas tariffs. What was once a Rs 60,000 bill has now surged to Rs 163,000 for the same gas usage. The traders demanded the government withdraw the increase in gas prices immediately.
