Imran Khan has again challenged the unfair proceedings of the cipher case in the Islamabad High Court.
Today, 136 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Human rights and the constitution of Pakistan have been crushed in the cipher case against Imran Khan. Chairman Imran Khan has again challenged the jail trial and indictment of the cipher case through his lawyers in the Islamabad High Court today. In the petition, it has been requested that Imran Khan should be acquitted immediately and the entire action since November 23 should be declared illegal as it is against the constitution and law.
"Imran Khan has not caused any harm to the country through the cipher", The Intelligence Agency's report.
The American publication The Intercept published another story last night. According to which the secret document weakens the cipher case against Imran Khan, there is no risk to the security algorithm by describing or writing the decoded text of the cipher, and there is no risk to national security.
In August 2023, the intelligence agency submitted its complete report on the cipher issue to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The cipher case was erroneously filed by the Ministry of Interior instead of the appropriate authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, rendering the situation completely baseless.
Imran Khan was acquitted by the court in the May 25 Long March case.
A false case was lodged against Chairman Imran Khan concerning the organization of a long march on May 25, 2022. The court, after thorough consideration, dismissed the charges, granting Imran Khan an honorable acquittal. Today, the court issued an official written decree affirming the decision. As per the court's ruling, no substantiating proof or evidence was discovered against Imran Khan.
Hearing of Election Commission contempt case against Imran Khan.
Today, in Adiala Jail, an absurd case involving contempt of the Election Commission against Chairman Imran Khan was heard. Although an indictment against Imran Khan was scheduled for today, legal constraints prevented the submission of a spurious indictment. Imran Khan's legal representatives assert that this case is entirely unlawful, contending that the Election Commission lacks the jurisdiction to handle such matters.
NAB filed another reference against Imran Khan.
Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "After the reference in the Al-Qadir Trust case, the Tosha Khana NAB reference was also filed against Imran Khan. Fall as much as you want to fall. You are making false cases against a true leader. By Allah's grace, our kaptaan will succeed, Insha'Allah."
The Punjab Police exhibited extreme brutality by assaulting a 70-year-old elderly mother.
Punjab Police, crossing all limits of barbarity, attacked the house of the elderly mother of Usman and Umar Dar and tore the collar of their elderly mother. The Dar brother's mother said in a video message. "Upon Khawaja Asif's instruction, my residence was subjected to a raid marked by severe mistreatment. I endured extensive physical abuse, including the tearing of my collar and physical assault. The women in the house also faced the violation of having their clothes torn. These actions were taken to obstruct my candidacy against him in the election. Nevertheless, I am determined to contest the election regardless. This is a decision rooted in my heartfelt conviction."
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf strongly condemned this brutality and demanded immediate action against the police officers.

PTI intra-party election case was heard in the Election Commission today. Lawyer Barrister Ali Zafar answered 40 questions from the Election Commission. Please give the decision soon, to which Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja replied. "We realize that". Sanam Javed has announced to contest the election against Maryam Nawaz from jail.
Sanam Javed's father told the media today that "Sanam Javed will run in the election against Maryam Nawaz. Jail authorities are refusing to facilitate the submission of Sanam Javed Khan's power of attorney. This obstruction began when authorities learned of Sanam's intention to contest against Maryam. Efforts are being made to impede the process, and it is urged that the Chief Justice take notice of the situation.
Following Mian Ibad's election announcement, police raided his residence.
Mian Ibad Farooq from Lahore has been in army custody for seven months. But yesterday, his brother and wife announced that they would contest the election, so today, the police reached their house. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf strongly condemned the brutality of the police.
Slogans of "Prime Minister Imran Khan" were chanted in the presence of Bilawal Zardari.
