1. Cipher case will be heard in jail or open court, Justice Amir Farooq will finally pronounce the verdict tomorrow. Seventy-70 days have passed today since the illegal and inhuman imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan is being prepared to be illegally punished in the cipher case after Tosha Khana, for which his jail trial has been going on since last week. Against this jail trial, Imran Khan's lawyers filed an application in the Islamabad High Court a month and a half ago, on which Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq reserved the decision on September 12 and kept the decision suppressed for more than a month. Now, after the request of the lawyers for an early hearing and decision, the court has announced a safe decision tomorrow.
2. In the cipher case, the lawyers of Chairman Imran Khan have requested the Islamabad High Court to dismiss the case based on immunity under Article 248 of the Constitution, "Section five of the Official Secrets Act does not attract and therefore the immunity of 248 is also available." The proceedings of the cipher trial should be stopped immediately and the case should be dismissed," Chief Justice Amir Farooq issued a notice to the FIA in a written order and sought a response on October 16, a day before the date of the indictment.
3. Chairman Imran Khan's stance on Palestine is viral on social media. The youth of Arab and other Muslim countries are repeatedly airing Imran Khan's speeches in favour of Palestine at the United Nations, OIC meetings and other forums. Imran Khan was the only Muslim ruler who took an open stance on Palestine without fear of America and Israel, despite all the pressure, he refused not only to recognize Israel but constantly exposed Israel's war crimes and human rights violations to the world.
4. Kanwal Shauzab said while speaking on the Daily Talk Show, “Today, pictures of Imran Khan are being put on the walls of Palestine, and the protestors have been picked up while openly condemning Israel in Pakistan. After this criminal silence, the motives behind the regime change were exposed.” She further said that whether Farrukh Habib, Murad Saeed or Kanwal Shauzab, we started politics when we were students. We did not make politics a profession, we entered politics with the spirit of national service. Our strength is our ideology, we have no commando training to fight violence. It is easy to get a statement by blackmailing the women of the family, but you cannot break them.
5. Tehreek-e-Insaf was refused to hold a meeting in Lahore city, but permission was given to PML-N. The Punjab Police and unconstitutional supervisory officials themselves inspected the meeting place of PML-N. The Lahore High Court had issued orders yesterday that Tehreek-e-Insaf should be given space within 72 hours otherwise no political party would be allowed to hold a rally. The courts are continuously failing to implement their decisions.
6. After the politicians, the teachers were also arrested again after their release. The ongoing fascism against Tehreek-e-Insaf is spreading day by day throughout the entire society. Arrest in one case after another has become a pattern,  the same happened with the teachers after PTI. The court released them in one case, then imposed three MPOs and arrested them again, arrests also took place from outside the jail. Will Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa take notice of this?
7. On the return of the fugitive and criminal Nawaz Sharif, the entire Punjab administration, the caretaker government is preparing to welcome him together with the PML-N, but the people are tearing his banners everywhere. People are throwing ink on the pictures of Nawaz Sharif. They are demanding that Nawaz Sharif be sent to jail on his return. People say that we have only one leader and that is Imran Khan.
8. Lawyer leader Advocate Salman Shahid said in his tweet, "The workers arrested for five months in the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore were presented to the court for extension of judicial remand in case 96/23. Alhamdulillah, I met all the workers. Everyone looked worried about their loved ones. Some of the workers are the sole breadwinners of their families due to which the families of the captives are facing serious difficulties. May the benefactors support the families of the captured captives in this difficult time.
9. PIA is in dire need of 7 billion immediately, fear of closure of operations if funds are not received, GM Funds Management of PIA informed in writing. PIA was setting an example of development during the era of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Today, every institution has suffered continuous destruction due to the incompetence of PDM and caretaker governments.
10. Water tankers have also become more expensive in Karachi. The result of the 15-year continuous government of the PPP in Karachi is that the people of Karachi are getting deprived of water. They have to order tankers to use the water, the price of which has increased from five thousand to seven thousand. The citizens held the PPP's provincial and local governments responsible for it.
