  1. Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has spent thirty-seven days in illegal detention. Imran Khan was initially detained in the illegal Toshakhana case, and now he is being held in the unconstitutional Cypher case. Imran Khan's lawyers have filed a bail request in the Cypher case, which was finally heard today. However, in order to delay the bail, before the judge went on leave and today the prosecutor from the Federal Investigation Agency did not appear. Instead, objections were raised on the bail request, which the court accepted, postponing the hearing until September 14.
  2. In the previous hearing, the court had ordered that Chairman Imran Khan, should be allowed to have a conversation with his sons over the phone, which was not implemented. In response to this, Imran Khan's lawyers filed a request for contempt of court today. After this, Justice Zulqarnain Abul-Hasnaat, while issuing a notice to the Superintendent of Attock Jail, ordered strict compliance with the order.
  3. Chairman Imran Khan met with his lawyers today in Attock Jail. After the meeting, the lawyers stated, "Alhamdulillah, we had a meeting with Imran Khan. Khan is in good spirits and is as firm as a rock. He will neither bow down nor let his nation down, God Willing.”
  4. Speaking in the Daily Show, guest speaker Noshi Gilani said, "We loved them very much, and we wrote poetry for them, but how can we forget what they did and are doing? It is a complaint against writers, poets, and authors that they remain silent for small personal gains. When the pain intensifies, it turns into strength. Now, this pain is our strength. After the way they treated women, nothing surprises us anymore. Khan Sahib's truth and his passion are the most impactful. His love for the poor and his compassion towards the people are among his top qualities."
  5. Barrister Hassan Niazi and Haider Majeed were illegally abducted a few weeks ago and since then, they are not allowed to meet any family or legal representative. Hassan Niazi's father stated in his tweet, "Parents and lawyers being denied the right to meet is a matter of great concern. It is not clear where he is and in what condition. The lack of interest demonstrated by the High court judge towards Hassan Niazi's court hearing and presentation is a deviation from the Constitution of Pakistan and the right to justice. The judge seems preoccupied with his sustenance. Death is better than sustenance that destroys one’s reputation through dishonest means.”
  6. The Gujranwala Bar Association convention guest Sardar Latif Khosa, along with multiple lawyers have been charged with serious offences such as rebellion. Latif Khosa was invited as a Special guest. He is representing Imran Khan in various cases, which is why he is also now becoming a target of political victimization.
  7. Due to the pressure of building false cases and bogus proceedings against Imran Khan, Chairman NAB, Prosecutor General NAB, and now Deputy Chairman NAB have all resigned. There was intense pressure on these individuals to file bogus cases against Imran Khan and his wife., but there was no concrete evidence against them. After which they refused to file false cases and resigned.
  8. Article 48(5) of the Constitution binds the President to announce a date for holding the elections within ninety days in the event of the dissolution of the National Assembly by the President's order. The Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Sabtain Khan addressing Election Commission of Pakistan, regarding KP and Punjab’s regarding the elections has thoroughly explained the full scope of this article in its decisions. In light of the Constitution and Supreme Court decisions, the determination of election dates is the prerogative of the President and a crucial constitutional obligation. Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan has written to the President, emphasizing this fundamental duty of the head of state.
  9. The Lahore High Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of the Inspector General of Islamabad in the Pervez Elahi case, with orders to present him on September 18th. In response, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's legal advisor Intizar Hussain Panjutha said, “This date reminds me that on March 18th, warrants were issued against Imran Khan in the Toshakhana trial and on March 14th, police ran a raid in Zaman Park. Now, on September 14th, will a similar raid be carried out for a warrant at the IG's house. Yes, Imran Khan's warrant was issued by the Additional Session Judge, but the warrant for the IG was issued by the High Court. Now let's see how the High Court's order is implemented."
  10. Two days ago, elections were held in Gilgit-Baltistan on the vacant seat of the former Chief Minister. Despite all the fascism, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf won with a significant majority, but the Election Commission refused to announce the results. In protest against this, the people of Gilgit-Baltistan staged a continuous sit-in outside the Returning Officer's office for two nights, and today, they finally celebrated their victory after receiving the results.
  11. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Usman Dar was abducted two days ago from Karachi and has not yet been produced in any court. In response, Usman Dar's mother appealed for his immediate release. In an interview with a local journalist, Usman Dar’s mother said, "I will never tell my son to leave Tehreek-e-Insaf. My son is rooted and will remain rooted. Whatever happens, I leave it to Allah."
  12. A protest rally was organized by the public against inflation and increasing unemployment in Batkhela, Malakand Division, in which workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf also participated. The police opened straight fire at the protesters, resulting in several injuries and arrests. The state is trying to take away the people’s constitutional right to peacefully protest and raise their voice.
