<p>July 2013: Two Agriculture meetings held in North Punjab. One in district Sargodha and other in district Rawalpindi. Secretary Agriculture Punjab Dr. Javed N Manj and PTI Central Spokesperson on Agriculture Dr. Shahid Zia from Islamabad gave a briefing. <br /> <br /> In three hour long meetings; problems were discussed with agriculturists and Secretary Kissans that included the prices/payments, hurdles and production of fruits, vegetables, sugarcane, poultry and dairy. <br /> <br /> PTI is giving great importance to agriculture sector, and is trying to find solutions to many of its problems. Agenda also included the constitution of committees at region, district and tehseel level.<br />  </p>
