Imran Khan gives a message to the nation for Elections 2024.

Today, 180 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former prime minister Imran Khan.

Imran Khan given a message to the nation from jail today, "For the next three days, it's your responsibility to share the names and election symbols of my candidates with your family and local community. Verify the National and Provincial Assembly Constituency Number by texting your ID card number to 8300. Then, visit my Facebook page, send the constituency number, and save the details of my candidate and their election symbol. Share this message with everyone in your vicinity."

The ongoing detailed decision in the cipher case questions Imran Khan's audacity to mention the cipher and allegedly insult America.

According to the details of the cipher case, Chairman Imran Khan was handed a cumulative sentence of 24 years of imprisonment with hard labour, while Shah Mehmood Qureshi received a 20-year sentence with hard labour, citing the damage to relations with America due to mentioning the cipher. The verdict in the cipher case is alleged to be rooted in complete prejudice and hatred. Judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat has displayed malice by falsely accusing Imran Khan of delaying the case and denying a fair trial. Chairman Imran Khan's lawyers plan to file an appeal against this decision in the High Court promptly and will also apprise the court of the judge's conduct. The legal team expresses optimism that this sentence will not endure.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Intizar Hussain Panjutha, said while talking to the media. "Imran Khan's residence in Bani Gala has been seized, leading to the termination of household employees and staff. Bushra Bibi is confined to a room with restrictions on her movements. These actions were orchestrated to shape a specific narrative".

Bushra Bibi visited Adiala Jail and voluntarily surrendered herself, although no arrest warrants had been issued at that moment. Subsequently, responding to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail's request, Bani Gala was designated as a sub-jail, and Bushra Bibi was relocated there.

Judge Aamer Farooq dismisses the plea to dismiss the Iddat case.

Requests to dismiss Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi's marriage case during the Iddat period have been denied. The filing of the charge sheet is complete, and the High Court is precluded from intervening. According to Chief Justice Aamer Farooq's reserved verdict at the Islamabad High Court, there is no room for High Court interference in the trial proceedings. Subsequently, following the verdict, the Iddat case's marriage trial resumed today at Adiala Jail, where Khawar Manika's statement was recorded.

Chief Justice Aamer Farooq was supposed to hear the petition today with objections. The founder of Tehreek-e-Insaf had also requested that the cross-examination conducted by the government lawyers be invalidated.

The official timetable for the intra-party elections of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has been disclosed. Tehreek-e-Insaf's intra-party elections are scheduled for Monday, February 5. Raoof Hasan, the Federal Election Commissioner of Tehreek-e-Insaf, unveiled the election schedule.

Aliya Hamza was arrested in a new case, determined to fast till February 8.

Aliya Hamza's arrest in a fresh case and the plea for her physical remand were dismissed. ATC Lahore has sent her to jail on a judicial remand for 14 days. Speaking to the media, Aliya Hamza stated, "I am observing a fast, and I will continue fasting until February 8. I plan to fast on February 9 to express gratitude to Allah. The response to all injustices will be given on February 8 through voting."

The FIR of the murder of a Tehreek-e-Insaf worker in Bajaur has not been registered yet.

The killing of Rehan Zeb in Bajaur remains unresolved. Even after more than 20 hours, an FIR for the murder has not been lodged. SHO Rashid Khan mentioned that no one has filed a case against any individual, and a preliminary report has been filed against unknown individuals. Meanwhile, Rehan Zeb's funeral prayer took place in his locality, drawing an unprecedented number of attendees.

After Imran Khan's ouster, the underprivileged are left feeling helpless.

Talking to the reporter, a citizen said, "During Imran Khan's reign, the labourer used to eat from the anchorage. But now that worker neither gets food nor wages. For 16 months, we have been tortured by the Nawaz league government. Our Businesses are over. The gas bill used to be 600. It has now increased to 8,000 due to Shahbaz Sharif's government."

Cost of Electricity, petrol, and LPG goes up.

The price of LPG has risen by Rs. 17 per kg. Petrol now costs 13 rupees and 55 paise more per litre. Additionally, Nepra has approved another increase in electricity prices by Rs. 5.62 per unit.
