Haleem Adil Shiekh is a senior member and is the current President of PTI in Sindh, he is an active core member and holds a top role as a PTI provincial president for Pakistan's 2nd largest province. He was appointed this position by Imran Khan on June 2, 2023. Before serving this role, he was the lead representative for PTI in the Sindh Assembly from 2018 to 2023. Haleem Adil Sheikh hails from Karachi in Sindh and joined PTI in 2018 as a regional leader for his province. He was elected from the Sindh Assembly seat PS-99 (Karachi East-I) in the 2018 elections. Following this, he was appointed as head of PTI in the assembly. In 2021, he was chosen as Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly. As leader of opposition, he raised concerns over the welfare of the people of Sindh, and how the PPP government was mismanaging the province and preventing development. He has repeatedly advocated for better conditions for Sindhi people and has criticized the PPP government for its poor governance, lack of development in Sindh, and for neglecting parts of the province, including Karachi.

Since the crackdown on PTI that began in 2022, he has been arrested and abducted 4 times for no given reason, he has had false cases with no evidence placed on him, and has been threatened multiple times. Notably, on 30 August 2023, Haleem Adil Sheikh was unlawfully arrested from outside a court building while police abducted him to an undisclosed location. He is one of the top PTI leaders who has been resilient for justice in the face of crackdown on PTI.
