Brutality and Fascism Against PTI Leadership – Usman Dar’s Family

The case of brutal state action against the central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Usman Dar and his family:

• Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf strongly condemns the brutality of the state against Usman Dar and his family.
• The Chief Justice of Pakistan is requested to take notice of the worst violations of the basic constitutional rights of Usman Dar and his family, including the leaders and workers of Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
• The illegal action against Usman Dar and his family is the worst example of state brutality.
• Usman Dar's only sin is his unwavering commitment to Tehreek-e-Insaf and Chairman Imran Khan.
• Usman Dar and his family have been the target of state terror since the beginning.
• Goons in uniform broke into the house and insulted his old mother and repeatedly ransacked his residence.
• Keeping all the constitutional and legal requirements aside, the entire family has been subjected to a barbaric tactic of collective punishment.
• For some time now, the state's brutality against the leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaf has increased.
• Mohsin Leghari's young son and Faisal Niazi's brother were subjected to worst torture.
• Several leaders, including Saifuddin Khosa, Niaz Hussain Jukkar and Nawabzada Mansoor, were shown brutality to force them to leave the Tehreek-e-Insaf.
• Ali Awan, Azhar Mashwani's brother and Chairman's personal assistant Ali Khan is also in the grip of state oppression and repression.
• All over the country, the lives, property, families and businesses of Tehreek-e-Insaf workers and leaders are under the attack of illegal and unconstitutional attacks.
• It is requested from the Supreme Court that according to the constitution, security of lives and property of Tehreek-e-Insaf workers and associates should be guaranteed and state thugs should be held accountable.
