<p>July 8th, 2012: PTI North West UK is delighted to announce the highly successful launch of PTI office in Rochdale. This is a tremendous achievement by PTI members in Rochdale who have invested significant time, effort and resources in securing and completing the promises.</p> <p>The office was officially opened by Dr. Arif Alvi (the Secretary General of PTI) who stated that ???The office will serve as a base for PTI members in Rochdale to further enhance their already excellent work in supporting the party in its endeavour to create a just, democratic and prosperous Pakistan which looks after, serves and strengthens the interests of all Pakistanis???. Dr. Alvi congratulated Mian Mohammed Saleem, Mohammed Afzal and their Rochdale team for this historic moment in creating the very first PTI office in the North West. Dr. Alvi saw this as a prelude to many such achievements in the North West in the coming months.</p> <p>The event was truly successful, attended by over 120 people from all backgrounds the general community members (women and men), businessmen, professionals and politicians including MP Simon Danczuk, Cllr Farooq Ahmed, Cllr Iftikhar Ahmed, Cllr Sultan Ali, Cllr Terry linden, Shah Wazir, Conllr Zaman Ahmed, Tahir Mahmood, Chairman Rochdale Council of Mosque, the elected officials of PTI North West - the President (Amir Chishti), the Vice Presidents (Dr. Basit and Haji -Rafiq), the General Secretary (Choudhary Shahzad Ahmed ), Finance secretary Adnan Khawaja, Additional General Secretary (Naveed Shah), the Town Organiser of Bury (Abdul Hafeez Anjum), President Yorkshire( Asif Khan), and General Secretary (Sharjeel Ahmed)</p> <p>The North West UK PTI members expressed their thanks and congratulations to the Rochdale PTI team for organising the successful launch and look forward to their continued hard work in promoting and strengthening the interests of PTI and Pakistan.</p> <p><input type="image" src="/Portals/0/UserUploads/Suleiman/2012_07/pti rochdale office launch.gif" width="600" height="849" /> </p>
