1. Today, 67 days have passed since the illegal and inhumane imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan has been illegally imprisoned in the cipher case since August 15. The judge has given the date of indictment on Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on October 18, which has been challenged by Imran Khan's lawyers in the Islamabad High Court today. The lawyers have said that the trial court has written to receive the copies of the case, although they did not receive the copies, the trial court did not wait for the decision of the High Court against the jail hearing, the decision of the special court on the Official Secrets Act of October 9 be set aside and be restrained from indictment as the judgment is reserved in the High Court in which we have made various pleas.
2. Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer Naeem Haider Panjutha said in his tweet that "A hearing was held on the petition regarding giving Imran Khan what he is entitled to according to the Adiala Jail Manual, which is his right according to the law. Requested for a clear order to allow meeting with family, lawyers, personal therapist, due to Chief Justice Aamer Farooq's non-implementation of his decision, the right has not yet been granted according to the manual. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard this intra-court appeal and said that they will pass a written order regarding our application, now hope that a lengthy decision will not be reserved in it and the order will be issued immediately."
3. The interim bail of Imran Khan was dismissed by the trial court in NAB's Tosha Khana and Al-Qadir Trust case, which has been challenged in the Islamabad High Court today. Immediate orders should be issued because these cases are purely political in nature.
4. The anti-terrorism court of Lahore heard the bail case of Sanam Javed and other women prisoners today. The court approved the bail of Sanam Javed, Abdul Hafeez, Zareen Raza, Afshan Tariq ,Syed Faisal, Umair, Ali Hassan. On the other hand, the bench of Lahore High Court also heard the November incident case and ordered the release of three political prisoners. Justice Alia Neelam remarked that women are accused of bringing sticks, but no video or footage against them has been submitted to the court yet.
5. The Lahore High Court reserved its verdict on Khadija Shah's bail pleas in the Askari Tower and Jinnah House attack cases. Protesting is the culture of our society. When a leader gives a call, people come out to protest, you cannot stop anyone from protesting. What is illegal in Khadija Shah's statement, is it illegal to say that the honor of mothers and sisters is not protected? Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza, Dr. Yasmin, Tayyaba Raja and other women have been illegally arrested for hundreds of days and no evidence has been presented against them till date.
6. State fascism continues against Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat, his house has been demolished. Sher Afzal Marwat says, "They demolished my house, the most heinous thing they have done is that they took the generator worth 25 lakhs from here. I installed solar panels. They took away the equipment, inverter, conditioner, Refrigerators, furniture in two trucks. I will file a criminal case against them."
7. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Islamabad has made an official request to record its peaceful protest in front of Press Club Islamabad in DC Office Islamabad in solidarity with the oppressed Muslims of Palestine and against atrocities. There will be women and children in peaceful protest who will express solidarity with the Muslims of Palestine. Now let's see to what extent the government stands with the Muslims of Palestine.
8. Senior lawyer Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan while talking to the media said, "If America threatens the Prime Minister, what will he do? If Modi receives such a threat, what will he do? He will tell the public. This is what Imran Khan did, but he should have made copies and distributed them among the people.”
9. In view of his definite defeat in the election, PDM chief Fazal ur Rehman has completely lost his mind, he used to make excuses for summer, now he wants to escape from the election by making excuses for winter, the caretaker government of the province has already become his halwa. Therefore, according to the constitution clear and timely elections cannot be digested by Maulana.
10. After the regime change operation, the trust of overseas Pakistanis is losing day by day. Before March 2022, Pakistan's exports and remittances were increasing rapidly, but since one and a half years, both of them have been continuously decreasing. Imran Khan has always maintained that the solution to Pakistan's problems is only fair and transparent elections.
