PTI Press Release – Paralyzed Justice System

• Leaders and workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf, especially Chairman Imran Khan, are the victims of "paralyzed justice" instead of a fair trial.
• From registration of cases to court proceedings, every stage reflects vindictiveness, deviance from law and biased behavior.
• The Toshakhana case trial was the darkest trial in the country's judicial history, which has tarnished Pakistan's justice system.
• On the direction of the Supreme Court, the decision of a very bigoted and dishonest judge was not only thrown into the trash by the Supreme Court, but the retaliatory sentence given to Chairman Imran Khan was also suspended. 
• The growing list of protected court decisions on important issues, especially in the Islamabad High Court regarding the cases of Chairman Imran Khan, is also damaging the reputation of justice.
• After Toshakhana, from the actions taken so far in the cipher case, the echoes of "Kangaroo Courts" have started to rise in public circles.
• By making the courts a means of satisfying the prejudice, hatred and revenge of the state circles, the entire justice system will be destroyed.
• The Chief Justice must take actions to protect the reputation and reinstate the public confidence in judiciary in the Subordinate Courts.
• All cases against Chairman Imran Khan should be brought to a logical conclusion in open court according to the well-known procedure of law and according to the standards of transparency and justice.
