• Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf demands the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court to announce reserved decisions without delay.
• Core Committee's expressed deep concern over dthe reserved decision on the FIA's request for secret hearing of the cipher case.
• PTI also expressed surprise that the issue of bail in 9 cases on technical grounds (due to non-compliance due to being in jail) was sent back to the trial courts.
• The Constitution gives Imran Khan the fundamental right to a fair hearing.
• Unfortunately, during the judicial proceedings on hundreds of false cases, Imran Khan was deprived of his fundamental rights at every step.
• Delay in justice is tantamount to denying justice and reserving decisions on fundamental legal points is causing irreparable damage to quality justice delivery process.
• The number of reserved judgments regarding Chairman Imran Khan before the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court is increasing rapidly.
• Chief Justice must remove this big obstacle in the way of fair justice and announce dozens of saved decisions without delay.
• Chairman Imran Khan should be given the right to bail, and orders should be issued in accordance with the requirements of justice regarding the ongoing hearings in the trial courts in other cases while in prison.
