In regards to the concerns of different groups of PTI about who deserves to hold the office in the region, OIC is taking following measures with immediate effects.
1. Central Committee will be functional as long as all required members are on-board. If there is dispute among Central Committee members then OIC will take the charge.
2. Except for the Central Committee all regional bodies are dissolved,
3. We request teams and individuals to submit their application for Membership Coordinator along with their personal profile, It is required that all Membership Coordinators are paying members and have paid their membership for One Year according to $48/Year, If they have paid fees based on old membership fees then it is required that they pay the difference amount to match with the current membership fee (Voluntarily) i.e. $48/Year.
4. Paying Members are requested to put their panel name in registration form to be identified as to which group they belong
5. Targeted end date for membership campaign is 15th Jan 2015, minimum target for the first year is 3000 paying members
6. CRC to be formed at the earliest and it may comprise of three or more independent persons.
7. CoC will be issued shortly; anyone found in breach of CoC will be dealt accordingly.
8. We are temporarily agreeing and facilitating both groups to hold fundraising events for Azadi Darna after OIC???s approval
9. No fund raising or cash collection is allowed on behalf of PTI unless approved by OIC.
10. Elections is targeted to be announced immediately after 15th-Jan 2015
