Imran slams PMLN on stealing electricity during election campaign | Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf
<p style="text-align: justify">Pakistan <span style="font-size: 10pt">Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan slammed PMLN for stealing electricity in one of its election rallies and said that while the masses were beset with grave electricity crisis, stealing of electricity in a Nawaz Sharif led rally was tantamount to vandalizing the rights of the public. He described the latest hike in electricity tariff, for nineteen times in 2 years, as part of a well orchestrated conspiracy of further stifling and choking the downtrodden masses. </span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 10pt">While addressing an election rally at Mohammad Din Colony, NA 123, Imran Khan admonished the Government for robbing the masses in the garb of hiking the electricity tariffs. He vowed to thwart the nefarious conspiracy hatched by ruling elite of monopolizing and grasping the vast national resources through sheer force of people???s power. He said that the corrupt ruling elite wanted to keep the downtrodden masses deprived of education and employment to further swell the ranks of their slaves. This self created energy crisis has rendered common laborers redundant as well as breaking the average farmer???s back. He exhorted the nation to get mobilized to liberate itself from the yoke of electricity, flour, sugar thieves. PTI shall mount a monumental movement which would not stop short of ridding the masses of all the vandals and looters.
