Central appeal of Tosha Khana criminal case scheduled for hearing in Islamabad High Court.

Today marks 90 days since Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan was unlawfully imprisoned. Imran Khan was arrested on August 5 following an unconstitutional verdict in the Tosha Khana case. Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Justice Aamer Farooq, had to grant bail to Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case due to a weak decision, but he delayed the main appeal for several weeks. Upon Imran Khan's lawyer's request, this appeal is now scheduled for hearing in the Islamabad High Court on November 7. Notices have been issued to all parties involved.

Imran Khan's appeal against bail in NAB cases set for hearing.

The requests by Chairman Imran Khan for the restoration of bail in the Al-Qadir Trust and Tosha Khana NAB cases have been scheduled for hearing at the Islamabad High Court. Following Justice Babar Sattar's departure from the bench, a new panel comprising Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangir will preside over the hearing on November 7.  Imran Khan's bail was denied by the accountability court on August 10. His legal team remains optimistic about the court reinstating bail in these cases.

Imran Khan's morale was as high as a rock, and demand for a transparent investigation of May 9.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, tweeted, "In the meeting with Imran Khan yesterday, he was concerned about the atrocities on Muslims in Palestine, arrests of innocent people in Pakistan, forced press conferences, abductions, violations of fundamental rights and illegality. His morale was high. The JIT team answered all the questions before us. They asked questions in 10 cases. Imran Khan's blunt answer was that peaceful protest is the right of every citizen, and the way they broke the glass and took me away, people came out for a peaceful protest. I never said to burn houses, nor was it ever our manifesto. A judicial commission should conduct an independent investigation because the police are both making the cases and deciding the outcomes. We demand to be heard, ensuring that the genuine facts come to light!

Conspiracy allegations led to the removal of Imran Khan's government, and testimonies from those initiating the no-confidence motion have started surfacing.

While giving an interview to a TV channel yesterday, Sardar Akhtar Mengal, one of the chief actors of the no-confidence conspiracy, fully confirmed the narrative of Imran Khan and said that "General (R) Bajwa formed the PDM government due to differences with Imran Khan". Earlier, Rana Sanaullah also admitted in Talat Hussain's program, "The decision to extend General Bajwa was part of the strategy to topple Imran Khan’s government".

Each key figure behind the No Confidence motion is detailing how a well-functioning government was toppled through conspiracy, leaving the country in disarray.

He revealed in a daily talk show, "There were three shooters in the assassination attack on Imran Khan. It was not the intention to kill Moazzam Shaheed. That bullet was for Naveed. Suspicions increased when General Naseer's name was not included in the FIR. The police fully supported this attack. None of the police, IB, or ISI helped us. We have to do the investigation properly. The phone on which the confession of accused Naveed was recorded was also not sent for forensics. The incident took place at 4:16 PM, and the accused reached Lahore at 1:30 PM. No one knows where he was all this time. There is a lot of sadness and anger in the hearts of the people regarding the institution, and it will be resolved only when all the institutions work within the limits of the constitution and law".
