Judge seems to expedite sentencing Imran Khan ahead of the election.
Today, 177 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former prime minister Imran Khan.
Currently, several cases against Imran Khan are being conducted in Adiala Jail in defiance of all laws. A cipher case was heard against Imran Khan in Adiala Jail today.
In which more witnesses were cross-examined in the absence of Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s lawyers. Apart from this, the Tosha Khana case is also being conducted at the same speed. The only task of NAB and special court judges is to sentence Imran Khan before the election in any case.

International news organizations, such as Al Jazeera, highlighted the police brutality against Tehreek-e-Insaf supporters and raised significant concerns about the transparency of the election.
Hearing on petition against jail trial of Imran Khan's Tosha Khana and Election Commission cases.
In Lahore High Court Chairman Imran Khan’s lawyers argued, "When Imran Khan was in Lahore, he would receive the notices at Zaman Park. The case is fixed for indictment tomorrow. Court should suspend execution of notification of Adiala Jail Trial". The Court issued notices to all parties and ordered all documents to be made part of the record as per law.

The scheduled hearing for interim bail applications in seven cases related to May 9 involving PTI Founder Chairman Imran Khan is imminent. Tomorrow, the judge from the Special Anti-Terrorism Court will conduct the hearing of Imran Khan's interim bail application via video link. With only ten days left until the election, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate from Burewala PP 231, Barrister Khalid Nisar Dogar, has been reportedly abducted and is missing, allegedly at the hands of the police. A video circulating online shows Khalid Nisar's presence in a police station, but the police later claimed that he is no longer in their custody. Meanwhile, Umair Niazi is facing campaign restrictions in Mianwali as the police cite Section 144 being in forced in Punjab. In addition, PTI candidate Iqbal Saqib from Constituency PP 288 has been detained by the police. There are reports of other candidates also facing illegal actions by law enforcement.

Chaudhry Jameel Kamboh abdicated in favour of Khurram Manj in Sheikhupura. Waraich Group announced the support of Osama Hamza in Gujrat. Malik Naeem withdraws from Hasilpur in favour of Ejaz Gudan, and Masood Owaisi announces support. Sardar Muhammad Leghari resigned from DG Khan in favour of Sajjad Chheena. Bilal Wirk announced the support of Arshad Sahi from Nankana.
Prices of eggs, meat, poultry, vegetables, and fruit have reached the highest level in the 76-year history.
In the current market scenario, live chicken is priced at Rs 460 per kg, chicken meat at Rs 750 per kg, eggs at Rs 410 per dozen, milk at Rs 210 per litre, curd at Rs 225 per kg, and beef at Rs 1200 per kg.
Similarly, mutton small meat is available at Rs 2200 per kg, bread at Rs 30, paratha at Rs 60, a cup of tea at Rs 80 per kg, potato at Rs 50 per kg, peas at Rs 300 per kg, capsicum at Rs 350 per kg, and onion at Rs 350 per kg.
In the fruit category, apples are priced between Rs 200 to Rs 350 per kg, pomegranates between Rs 300 to Rs 430, grapes between Rs 300 to Rs 450, bananas between Rs 130 to Rs 150, and orange at Rs 150 to Rs 200 per dozen.
