Cipher open trial case hearing in Islamabad High Court.

Today, 107 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan has been fighting all the fake cases against him in the courts since 107 days. In this regard, a hearing was held on the intra-court appeal in the Islamabad High Court today for the open trial of the cipher case. Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Salman Akram Raja, argued that "Imran Khan's jail trial is being done to keep the family and the public away. Keeping the media, family and the public away from the trial is not just disorderly conduct. It is requested that the earlier trial should be annulled. Charged without providing documents cannot be called a minor irregularity. Before the indictment of Chairman PTI, something very important happened. Something so important happened that even the documents were not provided to us". After these arguments, the court summoned the Registrar High Court and asked questions. The notification of the appointment of the judge of the special court was also sought and the stay order of the jail trial was extended till 11 o'clock tomorrow, and the hearing was adjourned.

Notice issued to Election Commission for hearing next week in Toshakhana case.

Today, the Islamabad High Court issued a notice to the Election Commission for the next week, on the request of Chairman Imran Khan to suspend the judgment of the Toshakhana criminal case. Imran Khan has requested to suspend the decision of August 5 in the Toshakhana case until the final decision of the central appeal so that the disqualification ends.

The hearing to provide details of Bushra Bibi's cases has been adjourned till November 27.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha,  tweeted, "The hearing on the application for the details of the former first lady Bushra Bibi's cases is postponed till November 27. The court called for reports from other parties, including FIA Anti-Corruption. We have requested that if any unknown case inquiry investigation is pending against Bibi, then the details should be given so that we can approach the concerned court".

Ali Awan, who surfaced in Istehkam Party's house, has already testified in support of Imran Khan by taking an oath on the Holy Quran.

Until yesterday, Ali Awan was a wanted man with several registered cases against him. Police conducted raids, even detaining his brother for two months, and his home and business were searched. The family faced threats and harassment. However, all his wrongdoings seemed to vanish once he visited Jahangir Tareen's house and joined the Istehkam Party. According to the public, Ali Awan's video, where he pledges allegiance to Imran Khan on the Holy Quran, will be seen as his final statement. An attempt is being made to impose a convicted criminal on 250 million people by forcing Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates to leave PTI. However, the flaw in this plan is that the entire nation is standing in support of Imran Khan.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi approached the Supreme Court for bail.

Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been illegally arrested for several months in the cipher case. He submitted a bail application to the Islamabad High Court, which was rejected by Justice Aamer Farooq as usual. Shah Mehmood Qureshi has submitted a bail application to the Supreme Court challenging this decision.

Speeches of various senators in the Senate, supporting the Supreme Court's decision on military courts.

Senate meeting was held in Islamabad today. Addressing this Senator Tahir Bizenjo said, "The decision of the Supreme Court regarding military courts is by the Constitution. If someone is found guilty in the May 9 incidents, won't the civil court punish them? Of course, they will. If the civil court cannot prosecute the cases of civilians, then put a lock on them. then why do we need them".

Raza Rabbani said, "The resolution related to military courts was presented in the House. That resolution does not represent the House. The decision against the trial of civilians in military courts was a legal decision of the Supreme Court. The decision was appealed to the court.

The sanctity of the house was violated by using it. We condemn the passing of the resolution regarding military courts".

Fearing the Bannu Worker's Convention, the state authorities arrested another Tehreek-e-Insaf leader.

Former provincial minister Shah Muhammad was arrested a day after the Wazir Workers' Convention, according to police officials.

State fascism continues against Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders.

When the election was declared, hostility towards Tehreek-e-Insaf increased, leading to the destruction of the local leader's house in Borewala. On PML-N's desire, people's privacy was invaded, and now their houses are being demolished.

Khadija Shah case hearing took place in Lahore High Court.

The Lahore High Court has called for the district intelligence report on the petitions to stop Khadija Shah's detention and take her outside the borders of Punjab. The contempt petition is also directed to be fixed for hearing on November 22. Khadija Shah has granted bail in three cases but she was not released.

Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates are being abducted before the elections.

Khalid Nisar, the PTI candidate from PP 231, had recorded an affidavit in favour of Imran Khan a few days ago and was abducted yesterday. Khalid Nisar's innocent children released their video statement in which they said, "Our father stood up for Pakistan and Imran Khan, please pray that he is well wherever he is".

Even after six months, no crimes could be proven against any prisoner, and bail was granted to several workers.

In the Anti-Terrorism Court, major progress has been made in the anti-terrorism bail after the arrest of 35 accused in the Askari Tower attack case. 35 accused including Zareen Raza Khan, Abrar, Tanveer, Abdul Jabbar, and Ghulam Qasim have been granted bail.

The court directed the accused to submit a bond of one lakh rupees. The court adjourned the bail hearing of Dr. Yasmin Rashid and accused Huzaifa till November 29.

Thanks to PDM and caretaker governments, the country's debt will be the highest by the end of this financial year.

Senior journalist Adnan Adil said in his tweet, "The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says that by the end of this financial year, Pakistan's debt will be 81.8 thousand billion rupees, and this debt is the gross domestic product of Pakistan will be 73 per cent. People should ask the rulers, where did all this loan go?"

Increase in the price of flour in Sindh after Punjab.

Hyderabad, mill flour price has increased by ten to twelve rupees per kg. According to the report of a local newspaper, the price of a 10 kg bag of flour has increased from 1350 rupees to 1470 rupees.
