A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.
The Al-Qadir Trust case is the most ridiculous, as proved by the audit report.
Today, 105 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. The cases made against Imran Khan are proving to be a wall of sand falling one after the other. But in the race of these ridiculous cases, the Al-Qadir Trust case in which Imran Khan is currently illegally imprisoned has won.
According to the audit report, the facts of the case are:
• The name of this trust is “Al-Qadir University Project”.
• The total assets of this trust are 66 crores.
• Bahria Town donated 458 kanals of land worth a total of 20 crores for this university, located in a remote area of Jhelum.
• According to the audit report, the total value of land and buildings is 47 crores.
• According to the agreement, the trustees can never derive any personal benefit from the land donated by Bahria Town to this charity or the building constructed on it.
This land and building shall not be owned by the trustee, nor can the trustee sell this land or building. Therefore, this trust is neither the personal property of Imran Khan nor Bushra Bibi. They cannot benefit from it in any way, nor can its assets be transferred to their names or sold. The total assets are no more than 66 crores, so how did Imran Khan commit corruption of 60 crore?
Justice Aamer Farooq wrote the entire sentence in the written decision on the bail application of Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the cipher case.
Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Aamer Farooq today issued a written decision on Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi's bail application. Rather than presenting legal arguments, the special court has given a signal for life imprisonment or a death sentence, akin to the charges imposed on Chairman Imran Khan. The same punishment is now potentially applicable to Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Justice Aamer Farooq is not only serving injustice but a ruthless killing of justice. Considering the cipher case as a fraudulent one, instead of dismissing it, why is the court leaning towards imposing sentences of life imprisonment and the death penalty?
The cipher case centers on the accusation of why Imran Khan disclosed details of a foreign conspiracy.
The basis of the cipher case is why Imran Khan told the nation about the threat given by an American official, Donald Lu. Why did he call the removal of elected government a conspiracy? US Ambassador Donald Bloom is openly supporting Imran Khan's position by holding open meetings with opponents of Imran Khan like Jahangir Tareen and Yusuf Raza Gilani, convicted criminals.
Bushra Bibi’s the case is scheduled for hearing.
In the Lahore High Court, Chairman Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi's application for details of cases is scheduled for hearing. A two-member bench headed by Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry will hear the case on November 20. The court has asked the parties to respond. NAB, FIA and others have been made parties in the petition. It has stated in the petition that "Chairman PTI is targeted for political revenge after his removal from office. The petitioner will be summoned in a new case every day. Details of the cases are not provided to the petitioner".
The court was requested to provide details of enquiries and cases.
Bogus cases continue against Imran Khan, while Shahbaz Sharif was acquitted in proven money laundering cases worth billions.
The country's justice system has crumbled. Cases of proven money laundering and corruption involving billions of rupees are pardoned for those who compromise their conscience and allegiance to the powerful. Today, Shehbaz Sharif was acquitted in the Aashiana Iqbal reference by the Accountability Court in Lahore. Meanwhile, the leader advocating for the nation's real freedom, independence, and national pride is unjustly imprisoned, facing baseless cases. The nation vows to address these injustices on February 8.

Historic rise in inflation rate in one week.
Inflation rate went up by 10% in a week. The rate reached 42 percent. Prices of 25 items including flour, salt, potato, ginger, and chicken have increased.
