Imran Khan once again expressed his lack of confidence in Justice Aamer Farooq.
Today, 102 days have passed since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Even in these 102 days after November, the biased role of Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamir Farooq has come to the fore, due to which Chairman Imran Khan expressed his distrust in him earlier and today once again.
According to Imran Khan's lawyers, "We were instructed by Imran Khan and Bushra Imran Khan that we have no confidence in Justice Aamer Farooq after the decisions given by him on the May 9 and Al-Qadir Trust arrests". All these matters were placed before the court. On which, the court summoned the representatives of the Supreme Court Bar and Pakistan Bar for their support. "On the voices that were coming from all sides, we will explain the law on our behalf and see what will the decision be ."
The stay order of the cipher trial case has been extended till November 20.
In the Islamabad High Court today, a hearing was held regarding the open trial of the cipher case. During the hearing, Justice Mian Gul Hassan questioned whether the state was doing all the actions, including the jail trial so that Imran Khan could be protected. Does he not want his protection? The Attorney General said. "It is the responsibility of the state to ensure the safety of every citizen. In the past, a former prime minister was killed in a rally". Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said in response "This is the same state that did not provide security to Imran Khan even when he asked to appear in court". The court extended the stay order till November 20 and adjourned the hearing.

The Pakistani courts fail to deliver justice to Imran Khan.
Chairman Imran Khan's sister, Aleema Khan, addressed the media after today's hearing at the Islamabad High Court. She expressed concern that Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi should be brought to court, but it seems intentional that they are not. In the cipher case, Imran Khan mentioned General Bajwa, the American Embassy, and Donald Lu. Should we now request in the United States that, following their alleged instructions, a regime change operation occurred in Pakistan, leading to the imprisonment of our brother? This is because justice does not seem to be served in Pakistan.

The application emphasizes the need to allow meetings in isolation.
A woman who met Maryam Nawaz and PML-N leaders has been showing support for Israel’s oppression against Palestinians.
Yesterday, a rally was held in America in support of Israel, in which Pakistani woman Anila Ali openly supported Israel's atrocities on Palestine. Anila Ali has been meeting with Maryam Nawaz and has also been meeting with Ahsan Iqbal and other PML-N leaders. This woman was also included in the delegation that went to Israel in Shahbaz Sharif's government after the regime change operation last year. Our house has crumbled, and our land has grown constricted.
The distressing tale of another female citizen, who has been unlawfully detained since May 9, has come to light. In a released video message, Samia Asad's husband revealed that her illegal imprisonment for six months has wreaked havoc on the entire household. Despite the lack of solid evidence from the police and the court's failure to deliver justice, bail case dates are consistently cancelled. The ones who caused the surge in the dollar, inflation, and gasoline prices are talking about improving the economy.
How can those celebrating an agreement with the IMF and a three-rupee reduction in petrol prices justify their actions? If they wish to commend themselves, they should first address the ongoing crisis initiated by those causing inflation, with the dollar at 180 and petrol at 150. Until there's a real decrease in inflation, the dollar, and petrol prices from March 2022, their claims should be taken with skepticism. The PML-N's "When petrol price goes up, consider your prime minister as a thief" formula suggests Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif, guiding from London, should be considered the biggest thieves.
