Chairman Imran Khan address to the nation on 30th July 2023
Imran Khan addresses the nation in which he condemns the Bomb blasts in Bajaur in which 40 precious lives were lost and 150 people were injured. He said that he is deeply saddened, and his prayers and sympathies go out to the affected families. Imran Khan reiterated that the increase in terrorist incidents across the country, especially in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, calls for a redefinition of our priorities. Those in power should turn away from political engineering and make counterterrorism the focus of state’s resources and efforts. Pakistan cannot afford another wave of terrorism.
Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan talked about the current situation of the country, especially inflation and increase in electricity bills. He said that people do not understand where our country is heading towards. In an attempt to destroy PTI, PDM is destroying all the institutions of the country.
Today, women are being oppressed because such actions are discouraging woman from participating and taking interest in politics or the affairs of the state, this is not democracy. Voting rights of overseas Pakistanis are being targeted as majority of them support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
He concluded his speech with the conviction that whatever they do, he will not bow down to this corrupt mafia and urged that the people of Pakistan must also never bow down to this corrupt mafia.
