[Advisor to Chief Minister on Science and Technology and Information Technology Khyber Pakhtunkhwa] Zia Ullah Khan Bangash was born in Kohat on March 02, 1978. Zia Ullah Bangash is a senior member of Pakistan's leading party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Kohat and very popular leader of KP Province. He is an intellectual as well as a visionary political figure. Zia Ullah Bangash received his early education from Kohat followed by a Master's degree in Political Science. Then onwards, he decided to join political spheres in order to fulfill his social aspirations for his fellow countrymen. His determination paid him off and he became a Member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly for Kohat in General Elections 2013. He had well exceeded the expectations during his previous tenure as an MPA and proved himself as a torchbearer of Prime Minister Imran Khan's revolutionary vision. He has a long record of serving the party and stood firm while the party was facing a plethora of challenges. His exceptional performance ensured second consecutive 5-year term for him as he stood victorious from Kohat in General Elections 2018 as well. Currently, he is a member of the Provincial Cabinet and designated as Advisor to CM on Science and Technology and IT in the Mahmood Khan administration.
