A thriving business and management professional with over 30 years of experience in communication and program management that involved planning, implementation and social development projects. He has an extensive experience of strategic planning, designing, delivering and monitoring projects that facilitated social reforms through participatory process for greater social impact. He has liaised with and facilitated diverse range of stakeholders including international donors, government agencies, civil society organizations, and private sector.
He has also advised different political governments of Pakistan on governance, information, gender and community development. He has been an active member of various planning forums at Planning Commission of Pakistan and have represented Government of Pakistan in UN (44th CPD – Annual Population Conference) and in bilateral visits to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, China and Thailand. Authored as well as contributed in various government policies.
Currently pursuing Doctorate degree in Government and Public Policy (GPP) from National Defense University (NDU) Islamabad. He’s member visiting faculty of National Defense University (NDU) Islamabad and Quaid-e- Azam University (QAU) Islamabad. He had been in lead role at various government and private sector organizations.
He has also produced several research papers/reports and frequently contributes in print media.
