
Muhammad Atif Khan is a politician belonging to area of Mardan. He is an influential personality in his area and has earned his support from the public of his constituency. Being a member of influential family he has always taken keen interest in politics and has adapted to growing trends. He is also a top experienced representative of PTI throughout the entirety of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). He is currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly representing PTI from NA-22 Mardan-II since his election in 2024.
Muhammad Atif recieved his higher education from the Nisar Shaheed College and Cadet College Kohat while also recieving a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He has served at various different portfolios including, Education, Food, Development, Tourism, Senior Ministership, Local Government, Energy and more in the KPK Cabinet throughout his career. He worked as a Committee Member of Standing Committee No 26 on the Elementary and Secondary Education Department.
In Khyber Pakhtunkwhwa, he served as the the Minister of Elementary and Secondary Education from 2013 to 2018, while also taking the role of Minister of Energy and Power. He then served as Minister of Tourism, Culture, Sports, Archaeology and Youth Affairs as well as Senior Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Chief Minister Mahmood Khan's cabinet from 2018 till 2020. He took the role of Minister of Information Technology and Minister of Food from 2021 to 2023.
He is an active member of PTI advocating justice, rights for minorities, freedom, democracy and the restoration of constitution led by Imran Khan. While in office, Atif also oversaw several positive development reforms in the education and tourism sectors of KPK.
He is recognized for being a key member of the KPK Assembly and one of PTI's most experienced ministers in KPK. Muhammad Atif is living a happy married life and has raised four obedient children. He is a sound personality who has earned public support with his relief efforts.
