When I was twelve, I was playing a game of ludo with my cousin. Minute after minute, her ludo pieces were being killed. Frustrated, she threw the board and started weeping. It was fairly obvious that she got two things out of doing so ; one, she did it to get the matter addressed by my mother who was in the kitchen, two, she did it to make sure that none of us could play because she was a loser when it came to that very board game or, had evidently lost the match.

I can't help comparing Nawaz Sharif's latest speech to my cousin's act. The only difference being that my cousin was ten and Nawaz Sharif is the ex-prime Minister of Pakistan.

Let us explain it in a series of events.

On April 13, 2016, the media asked him during a talk outside his apartments in London about Kalbhooshan Yadhav and raw agents being caught by Pakistan and asked him if he could shed some light on it. He replied saying that it was irrelevant subject and that Pakistan needed to move on.

Shortly afterward, the Burhan Muzaffarwani issue happened and when this movement was at its peak, with the entire media's attention caught, moreover four days were left for UN security council session where Pakistan had to raise this, Uri base camp attack took place in September 2016.

On October 2016 the Dawn Leaks happening took place, blaming Pakistan for the Uri base camp attack.

Everything stated above has a connection with India yet, our former Prime Minister did not comment on it.

Now, that he's no longer Prime Minister, has been caught having done corruption, he has stooped to another level committing treason after stating that the country he once governed was behind the Mumbai attack:

“We have isolated ourselves. Despite giving sacrifices, our narrative is not being accepted. Afghanistan’s narrative is being accepted, but ours is not. We must look into it."
“Militant organizations are active. Call them non-state actors, should WE allow them to cross the border and kill 150 people in Mumbai? Explain it to me. Why can’t WE complete the trial?”

An EX Prime Minister saying this means something. Seems like an effort made out of desparation, to gather some international support, by dis-reputing our country & sabotaging its image globally. Is it an attempt towards NRO 2?
