Sibghatullah Virk is one of the key members of Central Media Department (Head of Internal Publicity) and is associated with the party since 2012. During previous general elections (2013), he contributed to the National Election Campaign and managed a range of media activities on behalf of Chairman and central leadership. He has been an active component of party's media machinery during historic 126-day "Dharna" and later during PTI's landmark struggle to take revelations of "Panama Leakes" to the logical conclusion of holding three-time Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif accountable. Along with a range of accomplishments, he has the distinction of translating SC's landmark Judgments in "Panama Case" into National Language (Urdu).
He has painstakingly contributed to the organization, restructuring and strengthening of Central Media Department and heads the Internal Publicity.
Narrative Engineering is his forte with exceptional interest in policy analysis/design and command on political communication and media strategy.
Mr. Virk's academic accomplishments include an M.Phil degree in Government and Public Policy from National Defense University Islamabad alongwith Master degrees in three interlinked disciplines i-e

Owing to his special interests in Journalism, he started his professional journey from one of the leading English Language Dailies i.e. The Post and has worked as a journalist with Monthly Centreline, Dateline Islamabad, and ATV.
He has a good command on multiple languages that render him to be an exceptional multilingual speaker and writer of Urdu, Punjabi, and English with an understanding of Arabic and German as well.
