Islamabad (8 Feb, 2015): Central women' wing president PTI Munazza Hassan has strongly condemned MQM chief Altaf Hussain's comments on PTI women
Central Vice President Dr. Nausheen Hamid is attending consultative meeting on “Protection Issues of Minorities in Pakistan” on 28th January, 2015 in Hospitality Inn, Lahore. Religious Minorities in Pakistan are suffering due to religious intolerance, extremism and misuse of blasphemy laws. The constitution of Pakistan ensures equal fundamental human rights but still they are facing challenges regarding their protection, security, job opportunities and representation  in federal and provincial assemblies. Dr. Nausheen Hamid urged the Government needs to ensure their security and rights by establishing National and Provincial Commissions for Minorities which should monitor the implementation of laws regarding minorities. It should also debate and revisit all polices concerned with religious minorities. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has always given effective representation to minorities and has brought forward a policy which will further strengthen their rights and ensure their participation as effective citizens of Pakistan.

Islamabad (6 November 2014) A Meeting which was held by Central Women Wing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to raise awareness about Women rights and Gender Issues in Pakistan. They emphasized on 16 days of Action Campaign to raise awareness about the violence against women. The 16 Days Campaign is an important opportunity to raise awareness of the issue at a national and local level.
