PTI UK  condemns any curbs on media as these draconian actions are only taken by a government whose main aim is to control criticism on its policies.  Rabia Zia stated that the freedom of media is a key element of 'true' democracy and  throughout the history of Pakistan, the first institution to be targeted by a 'civilian' or 'military' dictatorship is the 'media'. 

MARDAN:Membership campaign in Mardan closes at 15,000. The campaign started from 19th November and ended on 25th.

LAHORE - The government should resign and hold mid-term elections as it has lost credibility to remain in the office after the release of NRO beneficiaries list.This was demanded by Imran Khan, Chief Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaaf (PTI), on Sunday while addressing a news conference at his residence. LAHORE—Chairman of Tehrik-e-Insaaf Imran Khan has demanded holding of mid term elections so that the new elected government could neutrally pursue the cases of corrupt people named in the NRO beneficiaries list.

Demanding immediate resignations from NRO beneficiaries, Imran said that the looters had no right to hold public offices. “They should be tried and looted money be recovered from them,” he added. He stressed upon establishing independent bureau for free, fair and across the board accountability.

Peshawar: Insaf Students Federation observed peace walk herein University of Peshawar which was led by Mr Murad Saeed(Provincial President ISF NWFP). The walk was attended by a large number of students including President UoP Mr Anwar Marwat, President Science College Asad, President Government College Ameen, President Islamia College Alamgir and ISF workers from different colleges of Peshawar.
