I think its good news to stop such elections on suspicious voter lists. It might be a bad news for both Federal and Punjab Govt. since they have invested lot of resources to win these elections specially in Multan. here is the source of this news. http://jang.com.pk/jang/jan2012-daily/19-01-2012/u93677.htm

It is a good win by PTI and i m sure supreme court is going to favour PTI stance in future as well. It is good for the sake of PTI if free and fare elections are being held.

This judegment of CJ is a first step in order to conduct free and fair elections. Independent election commission will be established by who? I believe Parliment should have to work on this and make sure that whole election process is transparent.
