I think there is problem to solve Baluchistan problem.Before this Zardari Government there is either Chief minister or Provincial minister was Pashtoon now both belongs to baloch.They show soft corner to militants who are killing inocent people.Punjabi are also our brothers we hate these kind of killings but there are many government leaders in Balochistan they are promoting Violation.The saradar system is also failed they should not implement this in Balochistan.There are only few roads in Quetta how it is possible someone kills and scape away this is total failure of Government.there should be representation of Pashtoon also in the Government they Bycot the Elections there are many areas and people are pashtoon.
Second reforms should be made directly to the people without interfarance of ministers they use it for there own benifits even people never got a single ruppee.
Benazir income support programme is best way of corruption all amount geting only ministers no poor helped in this way.
Our Government is totaly a disastrous.there is no single effort done for batterment.
I belong from Balochistan I know my area better than others.This is sincer afort for my home land.

I absolutely agree with you that corruption is main problem, whatever money the government spends goes to the pockets of ministers and MNA and MPA and SARDARS rather than common people.
So the solution is to solve problems of common people and that can only be done by a fair government and PTI is the only party who can do it.

| | The solution as Ik said new elections in Baluchistan, a real decentralization, an honest and agreeable formula for roylities and further exploration. Explration and royalities are not that difficult however federal Govt needs to negotiate according law and not by bribing sardars. these are simple solutions and Govts and exploring companies signing contracts all around the world with no problems except where there is corruption and use of force. | | | |

| Yes this is a simple solution to Balochistan problems.There must be participation of Pashtoons becouse they have areas and people and they are Patriots. The problem is very simple but sincer affort should be made.National interest should be prefered over personal interest.These representatives are not true representation of Balochistan all are most corrupt and Sardars and they are also contributing in these kind of struggle so called struggle of freedom.

| Blame all your own faults on others.
Did American, India, Israel send troops during 73 insurgency.
Did America, Israel, India kill Akbar Bugti AND the other numerous Bugti tribesmen.
Did America, Israel, India kidnap and torture hundreds of not thousands of Balochis.
Did America, Israel, India not provide gas to Balochistan.
Did America, Israel, India stop development of Balochistan.
Did America, Israel, India displace the fisherman of Gwadar.
Did America, Israel, India steal the daily meal (subsistence fishing) from the Gwadar fishermans table.
Did America, Israel, India prevent allocation of the proper budgetary requirement of Balochistan.
Did America, Israel, India give monopoly to sardars (like Akbar Bugti) to receive all the royalty and funds for Balochistan.
I dont even know what else the Government and Army have done to Balochistan. | | | |

| Solution:
1- Reduce FC presence. (they need to secure and seal border to Afghanistan as much as possible),
and stop all traffic from Waziristan in and out. If the roads are so few its all the more easier.
2- Stop military operation in Balochistan proper.
3- Setup a commission to:
- to ask Army and ISI what are they upto
- negotiate Royalty payment from Federal Govt to Gas Producing Regions firstly (for 10 years) and then secondly the provincial govt in instalments. Or a 70-30 division.
- Setup School Hostel system with gas money. high paying jobs for QUALIFIED persons. Improve already setup FC schools and colleges.
- setup hospital system (linked to Gwadar-Karachi) with help from Aga Khan Hospital, Shaukat Khanum etc.
- Investment in Agriculture.
- Setup flood barrier system and utilization of the rivers of Balochistan for Hydel power generation.
- Setup water network from Indus to Quetta. (2 examples are in world one in US(california a dry state and Australia).
- Improve conditions of mine workers (they have respiratory diseases,cancer and what not by working in those coal mines. Provide mine workers with atleast monthly free medical checkup. Provide safety equipment and safety training to workers. *the above mentioned school system to be free for their kids. Setup retirement fund for mine workers and family.
- Startup Green energy program for setup of windmills on Baloch coast and interior. This can be job creation for technicians and engineers. Setup technical training institute for such a work force.
- Setup Solar energy for the super hot areas. *related technology as Green energy program.
- Open import of Iranian products to Balochistan ONLY either low duty or duty free. (I know the petrol will be smuggled all over but i dont know how to counter that.) In which case open Import and Export across border with strict regulation (heavy duty) and no luxury items.
And thousands of other things................

| Suggestions:
Go check out mine worker conditions in balochistan (or any wear in world) you will not sleep easily.
and check out water situation of quetta (the underground well things have a projected time by which they will dry).
btw no one will do anything  so no worries  hahahahaha | | | |

| A full bench of supreme court should be constituted to deal with this issue .All interested parties should be paid legal fees by fed govt for their legal representation, so that no stone remains unturned. Politicians and army have failed the nation on this, and, every other issue of great national importance , incl law reform and constitution reform .
All monies being collected through sale of baluchi natural resources , should go back to Balouchistan and spent only on human development ie education and health and training .

Listen, Blaming Army and ISI for all your problem is not a very good thing neither is it to blame Punjab.
Balochistan is the only province after Punjab to receive royalty for their supplies.
Bugti is a direct example of this whole scenario and a lot others who fill up their pockets and deprive the poors.
All of your Sardars like bugtis, megals, Mari recieve this royalty only to enrich them selves. Have you guys ever asked the provincial govt and Sardars about the money they receive from the federal govt. Where is it spent?
On the welfare of Baloch people or on the lovish life style of their children studying abroad?
Is it spent on hospitals or person healthcare in UK and France?
Rights for Balochis and their welfare is the responsiblity of the Provincial govt like Schools colleges and Hospitals. Why are you blamming it on the Federal Govt?
The same thing that the federal Govt and Army has been warning is happening to you now.
Fallowing a dark sheep Sardars are not even interested in educating their own people but when they have a seperate Balochistan, they will sell it piece by piece and create their own kingdon while you the ordinary people will pay the price... | | | |
