| | Location of this consitituency is Gojra and rural Gojra.
Its a sports loving city, but no influence sports on politics.
Warriach Brothers have succesfully been winning this consitituency for the last many elections.
main contenders are Mr Hamza of PMLN, and Warriachs.
Major Biradaris are Jatts and Arains.
PTI, probable candidate could be the rivals of warriachs like Ilyas Jatt, Manthar people.

Neverthless, it was and is monopolistic constituency. Warriach were good choice in the presence of Hamza.
No change has arrived.
we have to come up some good candidate, who can show some guns and muscles; b/c these warriachs have alot of guns.
Hamza knows the policy of divide and rule.

PML N and PPP would struggle to find a suitable candidate for National Assembly. PPPP has not won any NA seat in previous 3-4 elections.
Constituency consist of large rural area and a small urban city area, I think divide is 70-30. Most “Halqas” are villages, divided equally between Arain and Jatt groups. West side villages are majority Jatt population and East side villages are mostly Arain.
M Hamza is a sitting senator at the moment and will not be contending the election. He was supposed to nominate his nephew Owais Nabil as a PML-N candidate, but at last minute he changed his mind and nominated his son for MNA seat. Hamza’s son later refused to come into politics, creating an issue for PML-N to find a suitable candidate.

Owais Nabil then decided to join PTI, as he is well educated and engineer by profession, and belongs to influential family and comes from Arain caste, he is a likely applicant and could be an ideal candidate.

Current MNA is wife of Amjad Warriach and comes from Jatt family, as this time there is no degree restriction, Amjad Warriach himself will contest the MNA election. They are very popular in lower middle and poor voters of the constituency and would attract the Jatt votes
KathoorCheema metioned Chaudary Ilays, I highly doubt that he can be a suitable candidate, as he is not educated at all and is the only MNA in the history of Pakistan who was unable to sign his electoral role at the time of his oath and put the thumb impression instead.
Menthaar Group does not belong to this area and not sure who KahtoorCheema is referring to.
According to some rumors circulating within city, Warriach brothers have also developed some fraction within themselves this year and looks like one brother (Khalid Warriach) will try to stand against other brother. I highly doubt that PTI will take them in the party or they will be willing to join the party. Furthermore, they have registered a party of their own, its also worth mentioning that Warriach brothers have very strong ties with Shujahat and Hamid Nasir Chaata.
PTI has seen a strong surge of support in city area and members are very active.
Current City PTI leadership is a good mix of people from different walks of life and they come from all influential caste groups( Sorry, I cannot recall the names but I know them or have heard about them , recent joining of Owais has strengthened the party and inshaAllah future is looking promising.

as mr Adn4n enquired, Manthars Travells are Haji Abbas of Kathore 303/JB, for bussiness purpose they settled in Sadiqabad, as anyone can do, they have money and Gun Musceles, to counter Warraichs and Asad Cheema or Hamza.
Ilyas has with him anti warriach, cheema and Hamza community with him due to old rivalary.
Mr Awais could be a good bet, provided he can put in money and some musceles in practical politics, to counter.
Can we get the contact nos , email ids or whatever of the LOCAL PTI youth overthere.

| I think khalid warrich should be given MNA ticket. PA ticket should be given Mr. Zahid and Owais.
WHY? becaz Khalid warrach has a good repute and from jutt family. Mr. Owais from Arian family and Mr.Zahid is old and energetic PTI worker and has been elected as a coniciler in previous election. a good combination of old , new,jutt and arian.

| Khalid Warriach could be a good option as well, he has served as Tahseel Nazim , during period of him being as Nazim, Infrastructure in Gojra was developed to a fair extent , which was better than previous eras, he also had no corruption charges against him .
Some very reliable sources have told me that he was being approached by PMLN, and may have had some contacts with PTI, but he has decided to go solo and stand as an independent candidate.
Bear in mind that last election vote difference between Hamza and Mrs Warriach was of only 10,000 votes, with PMLN losing all the popularity and PTI gaining support in that area, caste factor might not play a bigger role this time. If PTI supporters and workers put some effort and try to launch a good campaign, Warriach factor could be dealt with easily, plus the disappointed PPPP and PMLN voters can be attracted as well, resulting in a good gain for PTI.

| Zulifqar Kahlon, with all due respect, were you really serious when you proposed Asad Cheema’s name, the guy has done more corruption than anybody who has been in charge of the Tehsil ever. When he was Nazim he openly sold government land, so shops can be made. The barber who used to cut his hair got a special corner plot on "Sarkaari Land" so he can make an air conditioned barber shop there. He stood from N leagues ticket on provisional seat last time and got defeated.
PTI does not need excessive baggage like him. Looking at the current scenario and watching some “faslee batayray” leaving PTI ranks for their own benifits. People like Asad Cheema and Warriach don’t really know the meaning of the loyalty, actually, they don’t even know what loyalty means. They have switched sides in the past and would do the same if they have to.
I still think Owais is the best option. He fully meets the criteria and demands of slogan of change. And is an educated young man who come from a professional background.
Ex Senator Tariq Chaudary is pretty active and is one of the key figure of PTI in this region, apparently, he is the one who convinced Javid Hashmi to join PTI. I think he will help PTI in making a right choice about who the candidate should be.
Your idea of having two candidates from Jatt and Arain have some weight. If for MPA seat two renowned individuals from both Arain and Jatt caste could be picked, this will make it easier to grab MNA seat as well.
Saying all that I have all trust in PTI CEC and District committee that they will select the best person for the job.

| salam friends; i think there is another best combination available there and perfectly matching pti slogan and that is the combination of two young engineers Owais nabeel for MNA and ahmad mushtaq on pp84,,,,, many people might not be familair with ahmad mushtaq (mechanical engr from manchester university england) name but his family is among one of the popular families in the area and having a neutral reputation in politics and area from years,,,, he is the grand child of famous punjab police officer from 281jb late chaudry ghulam rasool,,,,,his family has very good terms and relations with warraich brothers and same time with chaudry Ilyas and others,,,, why i think this combination is perfect ? the reasons are:
1. both young engineers and are visionary persons and both are from Gojra tehsil
2. ahmad mushtaq is with pti from many years and is famous in the pti Uk and in overseas pakistanis lobby of Gojra and faisalabad.
3. both has strong family back ground as owais in political background while ahmad has strongly honest family repute in the higher circles of government.
4. a arain candidate on NA and a jutt candidate in pp84.
if both of these young engineers combine then i think NA92 and pp84 and 85 is the confirm seat for Pti this time | | | |
