Education:

I received my postgraduate research training in “Toxicology” , “Cell Bilogy & Genetics” and in “Clinical Chemistry”,  from Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. Presently, I am enrolled for Ph.D in medicine (Pediatric Endocrinology) at Karolinska Institute. My research work is focusing on “Programmed cell death/apoptosis in normal cells (chondrocytes) and cancer cells (bone sarcomas)”, with  ultimate aim to target the cancer cells with minimal side effects to non-cancerous cells (especially in bone and brain) in children.

When and Why did I join PTI:

I had my sympathies with PTI since 2002, but in the last 5 years I really got inspired by Imran Khan’s speeches and his efforts for change in Pakistani society.

What do I want to do to improve PTI:

Well, I don’t know if I can play any bigger role while living abroad but I am doing my best to play any role in existing situation.

Any interesting event which motivated me to join PTI:

I think a lot of people like me got realised for the need of justice after movement for “Independent Judiciary” in Pakistan and thereby joined/came closer to PTI.
